I spoke with a guy called Andy concerning differences between two products, one of which I’d already ordered online the previous day. He agreed the cheaper product was almost identical to the more expensive model I’d ordered and could see no reason to spend unnecessarily so offered an exchange of item and refund of the price difference. Not only this but he withdrew the more expensive model until the exact differences could be established, thereby stopping anyone else from making a similar error.

This kind of customer focus and care is extremely rare nowadays and it was almost a shock to be treated with complete honesty. Excellent stuff, guys!

Energiser arrived quickly the next day via courier. Excellent communication I was advised by text 1 hour slot for delivery. Rang up to enquire about a replacement part for my fence energiser. Was given a call back by a very friendly man who talked me through whether the part was the correct item for my energiser as my energiser wasn't a brand listed on their website. Ordered the part that afternoon and was with me a day or two later. Can't fault the service!
