I have purchased this moth control product before and found it effective. The website is easy to use and there was a promotional discount on offer. Because of an error the discount was not applied but this was very quickly corrected and the sum reimbursed to my account within a few days. Excellent service.

Someone from Mothcontrol 'phoned me and apologised about the discount code not working. The discounted amount is being refunded to me. It's not a large amount and I'm impressed that this company has taken the time and made the effort to do this - fair play to them. As I said before, the goods arrived on time and in good condition.
I received 2 emails from you, both offering a 10% discount with the code SUMMER10. This didn't work on either email when I made an order. This is misleading.
The product arrived on time in good condition, there are no complaints there.
