El Camino Bracelets Anmeldelser

Loved El Camino bracelet idea since I first saw it advertised on FB. I decide I have travelled and visited so many places in the PST that I would need 4 bracelets at least, so calmed it down a bit and decided to collect from when I got it, all the new places I have visited or will visit now I have retired status. So enjoying choosing steps and countries, etc,etc and look forward to many in the future. Terrific service. Very quick.

Extremely easy website and very prompt delivery.

A great company with excellent service! All my bracelets were delivered to Spain without any problems. I received prompt answers to any questions I had. Each bracelet is exceptionally high-quality and eco-friendly.

Lovely bracelet love how you can get different countries I've been too

Very quick response to questions and concerns

Easy to order, my daughter loves them. Fast delivery.
A lovely product she has now got everywhere she has been, and now looking to travel to more new destinations so she can collect more

Good product with great customer service. I’m sure we will buy again.

You’re always so easy to deal with and we love everything we’ve bought from you!
Happy New Year 🥳

I’m enjoying the experience of adding to my bracelet. Really loving the colourful special glass steps. I live in Istanbul and love memory making and adding steps adventure by adventure

The quality is excellent, and the delivery is swift. I've ordered from them multiple times and have consistently been satisfied with my purchases.

Smooth gliding website, Discount codes not hidden, Enough variety without being indecisive. Even the order note is brilliant as I was doing a multi gift order. The handwritten note on delivery note was also fantastic. Definitely keep that personal touch going

When my daughter's bracelet was badly frayed, after only 9 months, I emailed El Camino, with a photo, showing them the problem. We have been customers for many years and never had a bracelet fray before. I received a quick, friendly reply from Jenny saying she thought that one of the cords had been faulty, so once they had received it back from me I received a replacement the next day.
Thanks for excellent customer service, especially at a very busy time of year.

They were extremely flexible when I asked to amend my order. The whole process was handled really well and the goods were delivered quickly. Really happy with the quality of the product too.

I placed a big order; several for myself post birthday and one for my daughters upcoming 21st birthday. I requested the individual charm for my daughter be packaged separately so I could gift and I got a lovely email confirming this had been actioned.
I replied with thanks and received another lovely email - the personal touch with this company is phenomenal.
I also laughed they'd stamped the order and the ink hadn't worked the first time so they wrote 'whoops' and stamped again! Made me appreciate the care they take and standards they set in looking after customers to provide the personal experience.
I love the price too and options to customise and have recommended to several other people as I love this company!

Very good customer service experience. Very helpful

Smooth ordering process for beautiful products that arrived quickly and beautifully packaged and when I had to return the braclet because it was too big for the gift recipient, this was also a very smooth process with excellent personal service and regular communication.

Great quality. Quick delivery. Always happy with my order, ordered with them a few times now

Excellent company to deal with , great customer service, quick despatch, great product.

Ordered a limited edition Step, the ordering process is smooth from start to finish, and the step came within a couple of days, much quicker than expected. Very happy and will continue to order as I continue to travel.
