I sold two of my watch collection & found the quotes to be the best that I could find. Quick & easy service to get my pieces to Charles Fish, I did need a little help & spoke on the phone to them & they were very helpful and professional. DHL drop off on Wednesday and by close of play Friday payment was in my bank account. Fantastic service, I’m very happy with the whole process.

My husband bought a second hand watch from Charles Fish. He spoke to them on the phone to get a few more details before purchase. It was despatched the following day, arrived a day later. Packaged beautifully, all items promised were present. The watch was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. It was a present for me and I am extremely happy with it. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really simple service, I bought a pre owned watch and when it arrived it was exactly as described, really quick delivery and great packaging to keep everything secure in transit, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

Had been looking for this exact watch for 8 months - it was a big birthday present from my partner. I couldn't get it new due to the delays in new stock. So looked for newish pre-loved and came across Charles Fish in a Google search. First of all, the watch is stunning - better than described. It came beautifully packaged, in a day. I thoroughly recommend Charles Fish and will deffo be using them for other purchases in the future. 10/10!

Could not organise the return label efficiently. Had to be prompted. Slow to refund , again , had to be prompted. Still waiting for confirmation.
Disappointing shopping experience.
Would not want to repeat it.

I think we are having some issues with email communication here unfortunately.
I can confirm your returned purchase was safely recieved back yesterday, and we do extend our apologies that we did not acknowledge its safe receipt. I am afraid we have not managed to automate this process yet, and therefore are required to do so manually, on this instance this was forgotten.
However, I can confirm your refund was processed at 12:56 today, and you should have received an automated email confirming this – I suspect this is possibly hiding away somewhere in your spam, or promotions!
You have then emailed us at 13:56, 14:00 and 14:01 requesting an update. We have replied at 15:15 to confirm your refund has been processed. We have then responded to your subsequent emails at 3:27 and 3:28, once again confirming your refund has been processed.
However to confirm once again, your refund has indeed been processed, within 24 hours of your purchase being received back. Please however do allow 2 – 3 working days for your finance institution to reflect this.
We do hope you will give us the opportunity to provide you with an experience you warrant worthy of a 5* review in the future.
