Home demonstration of a mobility scooter. Cliff was excellent - took his time, there was no pressure into buying, honest and answered all our questions. Plenty of opportunity to try out the machine, seeing if it fit into the car.

Had my Compass for about 8 months now. It makes an adequate emergency scooter to keep in the car. I have a bigger more stable scooter for everyday use, the difference in stability, performance, traction is huge. The compass is ideal for uses such as mine and short trips on smooth ground. Disappointed that some parts go rusty.

Why - I contacted the company after my husband saw the advert on TV. He was interested in the Compass as it looked ideal for what he needed, lightweight, easy to fold and put in the car.

After a short telephone call we were put in touch with Craig who arranged a time to come to the house.
What an amazing man. He was so professional and kind and listened to my husbands needs, he demonstrated a number of scooters which allowed my husband to make an informed choice without any pressure whatsoever.

Craig took his time to explain the features and benefits and to be honest put us both at ease.

My husband was delighted and we made our purchase on the same day. The scooter was delivered a couple of days later.

I would like to say that my husband has always been a proud man and the thought of having a scooter was not something he ever wanted, however due to his health issues this has given him and me a new lease of life.

From the very start I have found the staff of enfoldi to be very reliable and helpful. My efoldi was delivered by Craig who was very friendly and helpful answering my questions fully. He went through all the aspects of controls and folding the item for storage. I look forward to my foldi arriving in three days time. James

I ordered a couple of accessories for my eFOLDI. The gentleman, Wayne, on the phone was really helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the product. My order was despatched within the hour and delivery is expected one day later!

Brian arrived on time, explained everything in detail, left us quite confident on how to assemble and operate the eFoldi compass. Now looking forward to it being delivered this week.

Excellent service. I required a part for my wife's scooter. It was easy to order over the phone and arrived two days later.

Wow I've just seen this on TV and its not worth £2,199 no suspension and tiny wheels DO NOT USE these off road as you will feel ever bumped going and if you suffer with back problems then DO NOT get this buy a proper scooter for that price and you get suspension with the these people are ripping you off

We have a visit today from Cliff. The demonstration and advice that was given while he was with us was amazing nothing was to much trouble.

Home demonstration with Craig was great.
Everything was explained clearly from how the scooter folded and unfolded (so very easy) to all aspects of safety whilst in use.
I now have the option of going out as and when I want to and bus and train travel is so easy now. Thankyou E-Foldie. I have my social life back, xx

On arrival used Efoldi 1.6 build quality was first noticed to be top quality even after what appears to be moderate use everything is still use able. Mostly I would like to thank the staff at Efoldi for the support on a used product from another dealer. I could recommend this company to anyone looking for mobility. I truthfully have not used the scooter other than trying it out however i have found it to be ideal in several tests on many surfaces and on this basis I have to say go Efoldi.

Tom, who cane to demonstrate was amazing. Warm and friendly and respectful, if I can say that, in a nice way. He was very patient and helpful and clear with the instructions. Nothing was too much trouble. We bought the Lite as it would be used more for when we travel anywhere, and we needed something that I could fold and lift -although once it is here no doubt we will be using it locally too. The lite seemed straightforward to fold and felt about the weight and size of a suitcase when moderately full. Cant wait to receive it and start living our lives a bit more. Highly recommend their demos especially Tom. Thank you

I think it's great only had it 1dy made it alot easyer for me only thing is can you get something to put on fram to keep you dry if raining

Cliff was professional, knowledgeable and amicable. Explained and demonstrated the product well without any pressure.

My son's efoldi has been great - since he's had it he gets out and about much more and has travelled to many EU destinations as well as the USA. HOWEVER... we bought it in May 2025 (14 months ago) and various parts are a bit loose (the arms and the footrest) and though it looks like it would be easy to just use an allen key to tighten, this isn't the case. He uses it every day but It's still within it's 2 year guarantee and as my son is going to Uni in September I called Efoldi to see if we could give the chair a once-over. I've been informed of the following:
1) That this will cost me their service charge - £169
2) That my son will have to be without his chair for 5 days minimum.
3) That there is an extra charge for the box which they would have to first send to me as I didn't keep the original box - which was made clear to me when we bought the chair.
Although we've been happy with the product, I have been put off buying it again. My son CANNOT operate without his chair and I will next time find one that is sourced locally and easier to fix and maintain. I have actually found a local place that can fix his chair though they are not an authorized dealer for Efoldi (though they are for many other similar chairs). It's a shame as we have generally been happy with the fact the chair is so lightweight and easy to fold, transport and charge etc. I just wish that after sales service felt a bit more user friendly.

My mum had found out about efoldi scooters on tv and arranged a trial where someone comes out and shows you the scooter you’re interested in purchasing before actually buying it. A lovely gentleman named Cliff came out and was very informative, very helpful and polite. The efoldi my mum got is great! Light, easy to use, easy to pack away into the car and she loves it!

John from Exeter came this morning and gave my wife and I an excellent demonstration and trial of the efoldi explorer.
There was no pressure to sell and after he left we decided to order our scooter.
As a suggestion for future development I think it would be much improved by having a height adjustable handle bar.
It will fit in our motorhome with ease creating a lot of extra storage room without the faff of having to disassemble the chair
