Long standing customer of Efoldi now 3 in the family 2xlite and one explorer. Wynne,Marnie and the team always on hand for any questions or after sale,the machines themselves are second to none.

A very nice man named Tom bought the demo efoldi explorer to our home and gave all demo etc and instructions to us in a very clear and precise helpful manner I tried the scooter and liked it and decided to purchase a new one. After my initial purchase I decided I wanted the liquid sealant puncture procedure and some extra accessories and phoned Wayne at efoldi who was very helpful and knowledgable about the parts I required and the places I could possibly take it to get the puncture proofing carried out I am getting used to the xplorer now and enjoying the new experience Thanks very much for your expert help Tom and Wayne.

Purchased an Efoldi Navigator electric wheelchair for my Dad, who has mobility issues. Contacted Efoldi to arrange a Home Demonstration and the team were very accommodating re booking an appointment convenient to us.
Local Rep who visited us, Tom was personable, knowledgeable and helpful with advice regarding best product for my Dad's needs. We were given a thorough, efficient demonstration of the product and all our questions were answered patiently. Felt that Tom was committed to ensuring we got the right product and deal for our requirements.
Tom handled the purchase and arranged the delivery very efficiently with the helpful team at Efoldi. Process was very easy and hassle free for us. Also extremely satisfied with the speed at which we were to receive the chair, within a few days of purchase.
Overall extremely pleased and satisfied with experience of dealing with Efoldi team and the product is exactly what was needed. It is lightweight but sturdy, easy to use and has given my Dad much needed freedom of movement outside the house.
We would definitely recommend Efoldi to anyone needing help with mobility issues, as a trusted, professional and helpful company.

Bought an eFOLDi Compass on Thursday. My wife used it round a flat running track on Friday, no problem. On Friday used a footpath in a park hit a tree route and it tipped over backwards. Inam not sure she will be confident to use it again she is really shaken up and in pain.

I enquired yesterday, Cliff from efoldi demonstrated the Compass today, ordered one and delivery confirmed for 3 days time. That’s fast. Cliff was very informative and helpful and very personable. Compass looks fabulous. I would like to suggest that an umbrella/sunshade accessory would be useful.

My dad had an in home demonstration today of the efoldi compass electric scooter. Cliff was brilliant showed my dad how the scooter folds and unfolds so easily. My dad was worried about being able to lift it into the back of the car as he's had several previous scooters that were very heavy put this one was so light and easy to do. Cliff did the payment and delivery will be Tuesday. Very pleased with the appointment. My dad will now be able to get out and about which he's looking forward to. Many thanks to Cliff and efoldi.

Cliff bingley visited us promptly and explained everything to us and showed us how to work the scooter he wasn’t at all pushy

Cliff was informative, and courteous and knew his scooters well. He helped us through the problem of choosing that right scooter for the job. I have no problem giving him five stars for his presentation.

Cliff gave. an excellent demonstration of using the efoldi, opening and closing and use of controls. Explained everything very simply, pleased with service.

I have owned an Efoldi Explorer for 18 months since buying privately from a man who had bought from efoldi direct. The firm has given me excellent service,
The scooter itself has enhanced my life a lot, by allowing me to go further and faster than on previous scooters. I hoist it into my Roomster car, which has allowed me to be an active grandma.I have taken it on coach holidays. Efoldi recognize that not everyone would be able to lift and put one leg over the frame. I found that learning to unfold and fold it took me a week or so, but then I am 83 and slow to learn anything ! I have had three punctures in the 18 months, but a local bike company sorts those out. I have not found balancing or rough ground a problem, as long as I am sensible.

Craig was on time, came prepared, answered all our questions, was respectful and polite. He didn't rush my father or push him to buy, he didn't need to, he did his job and sold my father an efoldi explorer.

Brian was very personable and fully versed in all the features of the eFOLDi. He was happy to discuss the pros and cons of the various accessories which gave me the confidence to only buy those extras that I felt I needed.
The warranty periods for battery and scooter seem fine and delivery should be within a few days.
I am really looking forward to my new found freedom with my eFOLDI

It was very helpful indeed that John came to our house and we were able to try out the eFoldi Navigator properly, before buying it. John was extremely helpful, patient and informative . We thank him very much, for our fun afternoon.
I was delighted how well the chair was packed, and really easy to assemble, with simple, understandable instructions. I love that the battery is so light & chair easy to fold & put in the car.
eFoldi has given my husband a new lease of life, after recent illness. We are now able to get out & about again, just in time for the Summer months.
Only little difficulty is that the attendant control is very difficult to see in the sunlight. With A little tweak to the design of that, I would have given 5stars.
However over all great. Thankyou. I highly recommend.

Craig visited us yesterday and I was particularly interested in the efoldi Lite. He explained in detail how to use the scooter and how to fold it. I bought the accessories I wanted with Craig able to tell me his thoughts and recommendations having listened to my individual needs. We were super impressed at how knowledgeable, and amenable Craig is having the lite himself. Thank you so much to Craig and efoldi for amazing communication and expertise, it is so appreciated.

The at-home demonstration was useful so I could test the weight of the Compass scooter and whether I would be able to lift it into my car. The salesman, Cliff Bingley, was very helpful and showed me how to fold and unfold the scooter and how to remove the battery for re-charging and to make the scooter lighter for lifting. When it arrived I was able to unfold it, fit the arms and take out the battery for recharging. Sucess!

E foldi is awful, my Aunty whom purchased one 2 years ago has had 4 falls off this scooter due to it being only 3 wheels. Today she fell again as is tips up easily if its comes to uneven ground and slopping ground. My Dad also borrowed it off and fell off it due to slopping pavement. The 3 wheels are very unsafe. My Aunty really regrets purchasing this scooter.

Cliff Bingley was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I purchased an enfoldi compass the only reservation was the security of the product. It doesn’t have a removable key so would be easy to drive off if left unattended.

Lovely gentleman,Cliff Bingley was able to explain everything about the compass mobility scooter. My husband was encouraged to drive it outside to get the hang of all the controls and the feel of the seating. Very comfortable and well padded on the back.
Very easy to open up and close down, much easier than the lite which my husband has at the moment.
Lifting in and out the car will be easier as it is much lighter.
