Just got 2 new keyboards and a cover…
Just got 2 new keyboards and a cover for Adobe Premiere. Shocked how fast the delivery came and really happy with the products. I've been using for Premiere for a while, but the keys really have helped me get my edge back. Customer service was great too!
Not as Slick as the Ad Makes Out
I got this keyboard through work, when beginning a big editing job. As it arrived, it was nothing like the slick advert. The keys were not as clean lit as shown and the overall feel of the keyboard is pretty mediocre, for what you're paying for. However I like the design of the keys and as I got used to the keyboard, I starting brushing aside these issues. A couple weeks in, I realised one of the keys was loose and had then fallen off. I was unable to find the key after looking everywhere, so I contacted EditorsKeys for a replacement. I was told to send a picture of the keyboard so they could help me. No response. So I contacted the Instagram account and turns out it's the same guy. He told me again to send a picture of the keyboard and he would help me out. I had to keep reminding him if he was able to help and he finally said he'd have spares in 10 days. I waited 3 weeks and no response. I contacted him again and he responds with the same rhetoric; I have spares that I can send you. I let him know my address and still nothing. That was weeks ago. I got the feeling that he didn't care nor ever planned to replace the key that was loose in the first place.
I do not recommend this product as they have poor customer service and their keyboards are definitely not worth the price range. There is some great makes out there to choose from and I plan to replace this with something better in the near future.

Be Aware - Duties and Taxes Paid at the Door!
Should have I been told that there were going to be substantial duties and taxes to ship to Canada BEFORE I ordered it. This cost another $35 at the door. Very poor communication on this. BRUTAL.

Lazy Website Interface, Incomplete Product Design, Poor Shipping
I will be sharing my experience with ordering a keyboard cover for a MacBook Pro from Editor's keys.
Starting with the interface of the website, you can only select an option for MacBook Pro/Air as if they were the same product. There is no separate option for each form of computer. Upon receiving the keyboard cover, the company apparently has a separate product for each form of MacBook as is indicated on the product packaging. I had ordered a cover for a MacBook Pro and selected the option for MacBook Pro/Air and received the cover for a MacBook Air, which was too shallow for the MacBook Pro and has already caused tearing in the cover.
The design of the cover is okay, however, around the Enter/Return key they've grouped the cover for the \ key along with it, even though that is not how the North American keyboard on a MacBook is designed. It creates an awkward look and feel when using the keyboard that could have easily been fixed to have a design similar to the standalone keyboards that Editor's Keys offers with the North America format.
As for my shipping experience, I had ordered the keyboard cover a little over in a month in advance of when I needed it to arrive so I could wrap and hand it as a gift. I was told to expect the package to arrive within 2 weeks, but after waiting another week it still hadn't arrived. I messaged their customer support asking if there was a tracking number or status update on my order but was responded to with a repeat of the message given to me upon purchasing the order: The package should arrive within 2 weeks. They also could not tell me where in the process that my order was. I ended up receiving my purchase after I visited my friend that I was going to give the cover to.

Wow I got a pair of these last week and cannot put them away, sound quality is the best I have ever experienced and light weight and actually stay in your ears when running! I have a pair of Bose but these are far superior! I am going to get my wife a pair now. Carl
Faulty Keyboard
This company has the best after sales service I have encountered, I bought a Vegas Pro Keyboard from them about 14 Month ago, it developed a fault outside guarantee. They were quick to try and help and offered to have it back to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately the problem was not fixable but I was offered a gesture of good will a replacement keyboard of the latest model. This was a much improved model, if they keep up this standard of service I will certainly buy from them again.
Amazing Service
I purchased an item that turned out to be defective, and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the customer service. Fast efficient and friendly.
I highly recommend this company. My son aged 12, is in the early stages of buying equipment for his 'studio'. I have a feeling this is a company I hope we'll be doing more trade with in the future. There a few other companies that could learn a thing or two from the customer service team at Editor Keys.
Tremendous customer service
About 9 months ago I received the ANX-10 Studio Series Active Noise-Cancelling Headphones for my birthday, and I've used them regularly for editing audio I record as part of my voice-over business.
Last week the noise-cancelling function stopped working, and I went on-line to chat with a team member about getting them repaired or replaced.
He asked me what was wrong and to email him a picture of the headphones and my postal address.
I emailed the information across and explained that I wasn't exactly sure why they had broken (I had also recently heard a cracking sound when I'd flattened out one of the ear cups, although they'd continued to work. The battery connector had also become discolored.)
Well, it turns out that the team member I'd been chatting with on-line was also the Company Director.
He emailed me to say that he was sending me a brand new pair of headphones - which I received in less than 24 hours free of charge.
This was simply outstanding customer service, and it will make me an Editors Keys customer for life.
As for the headphones, they provide superb sound, excellent noise cancellation, and comfort.
If I had to make a suggestion it would be that the accessories could be slightly improved (the stitching on the loops that hold the grommets on the protective case could be reinforced and it would be great if you could purchase additional cables on the website), but this is small potatoes given the sound quality of the head phones, that they already supply two audio cables, that the supplied case is very protective even if the shoulder straps can come off, and that the customer service is exceptional.
I would highly recommend Editors Keys and their AX-10 Noise Cancelling Headphones.
Update: Not only did Editors Keys send me new replacement headphones, but the ones they sent me are the newest version which comes with a rechargeable battery.
I am absolutely amazed and really pleased with the fantastic way I have been treated by the fine folks at Editors Keys.
Friendly customer service + great pricing = WIN
We'd recommended and Editors Keys product to a client, who'd bought two of them. I was in the process of recommending the same product to a new client, when I noticed that the already good deal had dropped in price and become too good to ignore. I was in the process of buying the product for my own company, when the chat window popped up. I was offered a 5% discount for 'asking any question,' so I asked if I could have a 10% discount... This led to a friendly exchange and the generally warm and fuzzy feeling that I was speaking to a PERSON who CARED that I was buying from their company. Which was nice. I will be recommending & buying again in the future.
Great Products with exceptional customer service- ProTools Mac Keyboard
I purchased my first EditorsKeys PT Mac Keyboard several years ago, the colour coded keys and labelling for the shortcuts improved my work flow immensely. Recently one of the "Record" buttons started to malfunction and eventually stopped working. I contacted custom service through an email and had a very quick response from Giles. After a few email conversations to determine the problem I was sent the updated version of the product free of any charges, pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied.
The new and improved Pro Tools Apple Mac Keyboards are a beautiful design and the functionality if possible, seems better. Thanks again Giles for your assistance and exceptional commitment to your products and more importantly, your clients.
Excellent Logic Keyboard Overlay
This super-thin silicone overlay has sped up my production time considerably. I save time every time I use Logic now and, as we all know, time = money.

Products and customer service are second to none!
It's one thing to be happy about a product, but it's an entirely different thing to be so impressed by the quality, craftsmanship, and capabilities of that product (as well as the impeccable customer service of the company), that you want to tell as many people as possible about your experience... But that's exactly how I feel about EditorsKeys.
Prior to purchasing the SL300 USB condenser microphone, I had done research on this company for a full year. I watched countless hours of YouTube videos and read reviews and blog posts comparing EditorsKeys' studio equipment with that of other companies. The truth is, at least in my opinion, there is no comparison when it comes to the sound quality produced by the SL300 and comparable microphones in the same price range. In fact, I believe this product, as well as it's younger brother, the SL150, are likely on par with more expensive $2,000 microphones. You get that same high-level studio sound, and you pay, literally, a fraction of the price.
As far as shipping is concerned, I live in the U.S. and I received my product faster than I receive most things that I purchase here stateside. I placed my order last Friday and the microphone literally arrived on Wednesday afternoon (yesterday). I couldn't believe it! In fact, I placed an order on Amazon.com for a few accessories for my microphone on the same night that I bought the SL300 from EditorsKeys, and I kid you not, I still have yet to receive my products from Amazon. If that doesn't speak volumes about the speed of delivery for EditorsKeys' products, I don't know what does.
All in all, this is a great company with a great reputation and great products. I had a few questions prior to receiving my microphone and Giles was very diligent in answering them all. Furthermore, Mark Brown, the company director, personally reached out to me to express his appreciation that I was happy about my experience with their company.
So, if you're still on the fence and hesitating about moving forward with a purchase from EditorsKeys, all I can say is take the plunge and buy their products. The only regret that I have concerning EditorsKeys so far, is that I didn't buy the SL300 sooner, and that's the truth!
Great studio headphone manufacturer
I have been using the Studio Series ANX-10 for weeks now and it is by far the best I have used. The noise cancellation is great, and very effective and the clarity and amount of bass is just right for my liking. For the price of $149 it is a bargain studio headphones.
