What a Journey. I want to first thank the awesome folks at customer service. I ordered the LumaFusion Editoerskeys for my iPad Pro 12.9 and magic keyboard. The first one never made it. After waiting for it during the trying times with Covid and the postal system here in the states. After a month and a half, I reached out and not only did Mark assist me right away and kept up great communications, they sent another one on them with expedited mail service!!!! You guys rock. And man an I happy with the cover. Field fantastic on my keyboard and is definitely going to help me create fast in LumaFusion!!! Customer for life!!!!

Ordered a DaVinci Resolve Keyboard on 28/11/2020, received an email few days later saying waiting for stock from Denmark which are late because of Covid, Brexit and Christmas,
I have had same issue with a furniture order as coming from Europe, so completely understand it’s beyond their control.
Received Keyboard today and have tried it and it’s great, editing so much quicker, wish had purchased one long time ago.
Highly recommend EditorsKeys and will use again.

I volunteered for their beta "image evaluation" testing programme - no strings attached, nothing expected. All I did was look at a mock-up of the intended BitWig Studio (BWS) and send a few emails suggesting a colour change or a font alteration. I don't think I contributed very much, but I was pleased to help.

I was delighted - shocked - to then receive through the post from Giles a BWS keyboard which I now use every day for general use and every week, more than once for doing BWS stuff.

That was at least two years ago. The only sign of wear is the silk screen above the "up" key, where it says "EditorsKeys", has worn off to some degree. It is a robust keyboard with an easy action, nicely backlit (which you can adjust or switch off) and the illumination on the keys is evenly spread.

I certainly recommend the keyboard and it has been a big help to my BWS use.

Ordering process was smooth and easy to follow. Order was shipped in a very timely fashion with tracking information and was able to monitor the shipment's process the entire way. If you are someone that has a main DAW then Editor's Keys is a worthy investment. If you have multiple DAWs and has the money to invest I would say it might not be wise to get a DAW specific keyboard. Editor's Keys has taken my workflow with Ableton to a new level. Having the key commands visible has helped me to memorize them faster and be more efficient in my production and engineering. Visually it's an inspiring tool to use. I wish I had gotten this sooner, this along with Push 2 controller gives me a near mouse-less workflow that suites me quite well in Ableton Live!

just purchased a keyboard skin for Logic Pro which was great - but had a small blemish on it. replacement sent out straight away. hugely impressed - will buy other products as and when required.

I just received the editorskeys protools Mac keyboard, and I have to say it’s really feels high quality and the design is very nice. Just what I wanted and as I am over 50 I don’t see so well anymore so a backlit keyboard helps me a lot.

I bought a backlit keyboard a couple of years back and have thoroughly enjoyed using it - it has a really nice feel and the backlighting makes life a lot easier. After putting some hard miles on it, one of the keys popped off a couple of times over the course of a few months and was duly snapped back into place - no biggie. Sadly, on the last occasion the key wouldn't snap back into place so I contacted Editors Keys to see if I could purchase a new key. My attempt to buy a new part was brushed off breezily and I was told that a new one would be dropped in the post for me. How kind I thought, and what great customer care.
I couldn't believe my eyes a couple of days later when a replacement keyboard turned up on my doorstep!
The products are fantastic and Editors Keys deserves any and all accolades they get, but to offer this level of aftercare on top, is really above and beyond.

Great product , ordered a refurbished unit but unfortunately there was an issue in locating the refurbished unit , I was kept in the loop and was sent a new unit , great service , I see others have complained in regards to communication , I have not had this issue and would recommend them to anyone

Used their SL150 product since 2014, helped me generate 10k YouTube subscribers in 2 years due to the sound quality, and the microphone lasted many years. When it started fuzzing (which was fair enough since it was old), they offered a replacement. I'm amazed and very appreciative.

Highly recommend the products if you want a smooth sounding voice.

Honestly wish i had not of bothered now ordered this item on the 13th June and paid £5.99 to be shipped within 1-2 working days.
All they said was it will be here late jyne early July no apology really poor service.....and still haven't recieved my item....awful....

Terrible company. Took my money & they can't even reply to emails. I am not even looking forward to receiving my product anymore after hearing such bad reviews about them.

So far I have nothing but a sour taste in my mouth and no keyboard in sight!!

EDIT 2 -- So i finally got this keyboard. it feels really heavy, unnecessarily heavy like they put a weight in it. A lot of the keys are not centered and it definitely looks hand made.
It has weird things, like an email button that actually mutes your computer.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND BUY THE STICKERS OFF EBAY AND BUY A KEYBOARD FROM A CREDIBLE COMPANY.

They upgraded me to a new keyboard after i bought a refurb and they sent me a free wrist support in an effort to make things better, but unfortunately the product is rubbish!!!!!

REPLY TO MESSAGE -- I don't care if you upgraded me free of charge. I didn't ask you to do that and it doesn't make your products any better! I also mentioned this in my review so there is no need for you to mention it at all.

You upgrading me does not entitle you to good feedback that is dishonest business practice

I chose an EditorsKeys keyboard to replace a tired 'Logic Keyboard' that lasted barely a few years. The feel on the keyboard in lovely, with the backlight a perfect addition. Communication throughout the COVID-19 pandemic was good, updating me on the understandable delays in production and delivery, but when the product arrived it was more than worth the wait! Thanks Mark and the team!

Great support and understanding during a pandemic

With so much free-time during COVID isolation, I decided to rekindle an old hobby: music production. To help with this endeavour, I purchased a keyboard overlay, from EditorKeys, for my Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Unfortunately, I was unable to receive my purchase because of the disruption in the international postal services. Thankfully, EditorsKeys was understanding of this situation. First, they tried to contact the postal service; then they tried to resend to a different address. Finally, they refunded my money after all that failed. Despite my evident frustration (I wanted my new toy), EditorKeys was professional and understanding at all times.

I would just like express my enormous satisfaction with EditorsKeys product (Studio SX BT Headphones) as well as the sincerely genuine support service they provide. A special mention to Rob from technical support team, who saw to handling all my concerns with the at most convenience. Great company!

I had had my old SL150 for (I think) about 8 years when it finally started having some driver compatibility issues with the newer Windows 10 updates. Rang customer support and got through straight away. As I was (miles) outside the warranty period the repair offered wasn't free, but was at a very reasonable rate. We emailed over the next couple of days and eventually I was also offered the option to order a brand new one at a very generously discounted rate, as there wasn't a guaranteed fix on such an old model. A quick paypal transaction later and the new one was sent out.

I was treated with exceptional courtesy every step of the way and there was never the slightest quibble as to whether the issue could have been my fault (I have been very kind to it over the years). The whole experience was completely hassle free and I was made to feel valued, and as a result I won't think twice about coming back when I need new kit.

A lot of companies could learn from these guys!

I think these are a great idea and applaud EditorsKeys for making this product. IMO however, the quality of the hardware is sub-par. The feel of the keyboard is cheap and makes typing difficult. Have tried to get used to it but even after a month of use, I have to say it's a great idea but implemented poorly. I'd like to see a higher quality version - would happily pay another $100 or so.

It is so well built and having the keyboard be backlit is so useful for when you're in the studio in dark conditions. The typing feel of the keyboard take a little while to get used to but when you use it often, it becomes natural and typing on any other keyboard feels unnatural.

I can highly recommend this for home studios, all the way up to large studio corporations.
