Poor after sales service with no replies to emails and no refunds
I'm writing this for my parents, who purchased a nodular ring cushion, which was extremely expensive at £50.00, my mum agreed to purchase it, trusting the Eden Mobilty name, but after less than two weeks use it was not fit for purpose! It was completely flat, we took it back to the shop in Wadsley Bridge Sheffield to be informed that it states on the receipt, no returns accepted. After returning home I emailed Eden Mobility, 3 times, with no reply, what's so ever! I emailed them as my parents hadn't just changed their minds the cushion, it is useless! It was over priced and cheaply made! I feel that my parents, who are in their 80s have been taken advantage of. Trusting Eden to provide useful wares, aids and advice, but they just washed their hands of this without an apology. I feel their customer service is pathetic!

My mum has been looking to buy a mobility scooter. She found one she liked at Eden mobility in Chesterfield. She had problems with the finance app and went back today. Riley was very patient and very helpful. He couldn't do enough to help her. He is a very pleasant, kind and helpful young man.

Excellent customer service from Cross Gates store
Donna was very helpful with my Mum who needed something sturdier rather than her walking stick. She spent time making sure Mum could manage the rollator even walking to the car and ensuring it fitted in the back. Excellent customer service from Donna.

Popped in last weds with my mum
Popped in last weds with my mum. She’s reluctant to use an aid but Max really made her feel like it wasn’t such a big deal offering her lovely advice and giving her real life examples of customers younger and older than her. Highly recommend this store.

Happy with service, Hartlepool shop.
I took my mother to the Hartlepool shop yesterday (13/07/2026) to buy a rollator to improve her quality of life. It was Dawn managing the shop and we were happy with the service and information that we received from Dawn to help us make the right choice in terms of which rollator was best for my mother, as well as being grateful for Dawn pointing out and demonstrating useful safety information.

My wife and I visited Eden Mobility
My wife and I visited Eden Mobility in chesterfield to enquire about a wheelchair for my wife. We were welcomed by a pleasant young man Riley, who gave us advice for the right wheel chair to meet her needs. She tried several types of wheelchair and after listening to the advice from Riley we went home with a chair for the right price and met her needs thanks to the patience and help from Riley.

Poor contact system
We ordered some replacement parts for one of our wheelchairs which we had purchased from Eden and received nothing in the post. After two and a half weeks tried to contact Eden to find out what was happening. The phone back promised by the answer phone never happened, contacted by messenger suggested a faster response if I used the email system, as I never got a reply from a person just a computer generated message I can’t say if it was quicker. Another round of phone calls where I got to the end of the messages as it cut me off resulted in having to go back to the local store. Not very good service. The store staff are very helpful but they are not contactable by phone . This needs sorting not everyone can just go back to the local store as easily as I can.

Nick was great I needed a reclining chair for the same day and I was no more than 20 minutes in the store he disassembled it packed Into my car with the help of another staff member. Great job

Diane who served me on Saturday afternoon when she was due to close shop was v good with me & my husband she was patient & understanding to our needs she didn’t seem as if she was fobbing us off like some sales assistants do she explained everything we needed to know about the scooter we purchased
