We made a deal with the sales manager that an extra battery for my mobile scooter was included. When the scooter was delivered, it did not come with the extra battery. Having calling up many times for checking the outstanding battery status, difficult to reach to advisor. Leaving messages, no call back. Having some luck rarely talking to the advisors, all of them said they will follow up and call back to me. Not receiving any call more than a month and making almost dozens of calls! I hope it is not their normal way treating new customers and doing business.

The lady who served us was called Michelle she was very attentive helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble this was in Doncaster Market place

Took my partner to have a look at some wheelchairs. Both the staff Lucie and Laura were very helpful and had a lot of knowlage about the products.
They let my partner try out the chairs and we had a bit of a laugh witch was really nice

I went to Eden to have a look at different wheelchair options as my mobility has been getting worse.
Very friendly staff Laura showed me all the different chairs and let me try them all out. She was very helpful and not pushy at all as today was just a recon mission to find out prices and what I wanted ect.
Laura also told me about the coffee mornings which will be nice to attend will definitely be back ☺️

Dawn was a fabulous help today. Visited the store in the early stages of accepting my need to be an ambulatory wheelchair user. She was kind, polite & knowledgeable about the products on offer/what might be best for me, but more importantly made my experience much more comfortable than it might have been, by listening & understanding my situation. It’s taken me 6 years to work up the courage to enter a mobility shop and my encounter with Dawn makes me wonder what took me so long. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Friendly and welcoming always being treated the best and staff always looking out for the customers in the best way, Lucie and Laura attended my every need perfectly and fully caring about my feelings and helped me get the service I needed

Bought a chair today for my elderly grandma. It’s just the job. Wendy was fabulous, very friendly and helpful.

We popped into Eden mobility stockport and immediately we where given a cheery greeting from Andrew we explained our needs ,Andrew was incredibly knowledgable and put us at our ease Andrew showed us the best product for our needs and fitted it to my electric wheel chair the bag is excellent quality and we are very pleased with the product and the excellent service thankyou

Bought a wheelchair for the first time for my husband from Eden Mobility Grimsby. An excellent buy as this was a standout choice compared to other wheelchairs seen at other mobility shops. This wheelchair met all of our criteria and beyond. But what was outstanding was the customer service from both Meg and Jamie. They had the knowledge and patience to explain about their wheelchairs and as a first time buyer this was invaluable to me. They also were able to physically demonstrate the benefits of each wheelchair I looked at. Nothing was too much trouble for them answering all of my questions throughly so I felt confident in their shop to make an informed choice. So happy with my purchase along with an even happier husband! So nice to shop in the high street where customer service is gold standard once again. Keep it up Meg and Jamie, you are doing a grand job! :) :)

Been to eden in Mansfield we was made welcome by Paul. He showed my mum fold up mobility scooters which would be suitable for her. Paul was very professional very caring
They have a variety of mobility to suit all and other disability products . It's best to see for yourself .

Bought a mobility scooter last year from Middlesbrough.
Good deal and service at the time.
Unfortunately it broke down in May this year.
Waited for parts for repair for 2 months.
Lots of promises and loads of unreturned phone calls
But still not repaired.
Then Lisa Marie answered, she returned my calls and was very helpful. Because they could,nt get the parts she arranged a brand new replacement

I purchased a power wheelchair from Eden mobility North Point Centre. Sarah was fantastic; she arranged for a home visit so that my husband could try it out at home.

After the sale, I had a couple of queries so popped back to the shop and Sarah talked me through the workings of the chair once more. Sarah is brilliant and has great knowledge of the products. I would highly recommend Eden. Thanks once again Sarah!

We popped into the Warrington store today and was greeted by Lee, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He made my mum feel completely at ease and took the time to offer valuable advice on the products that would best support her mobility needs. We really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. We'll definitely be back to make a purchase. Highly recommended!

I'm writing this for my parents, who purchased a nodular ring cushion, which was extremely expensive at £50.00, my mum agreed to purchase it, trusting the Eden Mobilty name, but after less than two weeks use it was not fit for purpose! It was completely flat, we took it back to the shop in Wadsley Bridge Sheffield to be informed that it states on the receipt, no returns accepted. After returning home I emailed Eden Mobility, 3 times, with no reply, what's so ever! I emailed them as my parents hadn't just changed their minds the cushion, it is useless! It was over priced and cheaply made! I feel that my parents, who are in their 80s have been taken advantage of. Trusting Eden to provide useful wares, aids and advice, but they just washed their hands of this without an apology. I feel their customer service is pathetic!
