The fence panels did not fit in the fence brackets, even though recommended to buy the brackets with the panels on eDecks website so had to source these from Screwfix. Other than that the order was delivered rapidly.

I bought a decking pack and arrived in 2 separate deliveries ... you expect all or nothing when buying as a pack i also had 3 damaged boards with a flat planed edge on the side but because of the farse with getting things here 8ve used them and will need to replace them at a later date

Excellent communication and delivery was on time as expected. Quality of the wood was great however we ordered a deck kit for ease yet the deck boards did not cover the area we needed as part of the deck kit so had to go out and purchase more to finish our project.

The delivery was very late
We didn't receive the decking for almost 2 weeks. There was little communication from eDecks and none whatsoever from the delivery company.
Apart from that the decking looks good.

Used e-decks as they offered 1-3 working day delivery so someone would be home to receive it. Ordered on a Monday evening, but they didn't deliver until the following Tuesday. At which point I had to call in favours to get someone to be home to take delivery. No answer upon calling, no call back despite leaving a message. No follow-up on email. Pretty shonky service!

Easy to order. Stock was good at the time of ordering. I ordered 8 x4.8 m 32mm thick deck boards to replace some old ones . Delivery was timely and I was emailed to confirm the delivery. Good quality boards delivered, only 1 had any twist but not too problematic once secured down in place. Would have liked to have known if delivery was morning or afternoon as that's pretty much expected nowadays as people have work schedules etc to arrange. Otherwise really good service and would use these guys again.

3mx2.4m Selling a full kit with everything needed made the order process so simple. It arrived fast and started building at 8am and was finished at 5pm single handed. No need to cut as everything was the right length and cut square.
