I had to request the original ones that sent were exchanged. Unfortunately the couriers beat them up! They were exchanged promptly and couldn't be happier.
I will say the quality of the 9x2 rafters could be better however timber is timber.
Very good customer care and very good product.

Bad service, don't use
Initially I was happy with the service and product, I ordered a decking kit & estimated delivery was 1-3working days. It arrived on the 3rd day. Once I started constructing it I discovered I was 2-3pieces short so I ordered 3more on 10th April(EDD: 1-5days) then discovered they had only sent 6handle rails not 9, ordered 3more on13th April, (EDD: 1-5 days). In addition had to pay approx£50+ for delivery. Now 17th April & still no delivery. Have tried to track but just says no date for delivery. Tried to contact customer services but just takes me to the tracking bit. Now do not recommend, cannot finish my decking till I receive the additional wood. Extra cost +delivery charges I wish I had gone with a different company.

Ordering was way , good communication, clear instructions, the wood is good quality and I like that you build it piece by piece I adapted the design slightly to suit the space I had. I am very happy with the end reault.

Everything went smoothly from customer service taking our order to the delivery . Easy instructions for construction, good quality with a good price . Very pleased with our BBQ shelter .

Order not arrived and no update
I ordered on the basis it said two days delivery. It has not arrived. I checked the progress on line and that remains as order picked but no movement. Have requested an update on line but no update.

Excellent affordable and easy to fit balustrade and glass system

Incorrect parts sent
Received rope balustrade that were too short compared to the quote. A simple call would have fixed this but instead it took loads of emails and pictures. In the end I had to take a 12MB picture of a 1m tape measure next to the rope to convince them I was right.
Bit of a shame as I thought they were really good.

The fence panels did not fit in the…
The fence panels did not fit in the fence brackets, even though recommended to buy the brackets with the panels on eDecks website so had to source these from Screwfix. Other than that the order was delivered rapidly.

Some of a decking pk
I bought a decking pack and arrived in 2 separate deliveries ... you expect all or nothing when buying as a pack i also had 3 damaged boards with a flat planed edge on the side but because of the farse with getting things here 8ve used them and will need to replace them at a later date
