Very good trip with expectations met. Very comfortable ship with knowledgeable and courteous crew, good food. Ship transfers seamless. Booking process straightforward. Would certainly consider another trip with Poseidon.

Everything was organised for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

A very good itinerary covering our requests put together by Tiffany who was enthusiastic and prompt in her replies. Many out of the way places were visited by private car and often a guide at the destination too. Accommodation was varied, nothing really bad and some very, very good considering many of our stops were in remote areas. Overall it was a fantastic trip. Thanks Tiffany.

Lyndal - who looked after our planning and packaging of the trip - was brilliant.

All went very smoothly on the trip - although, at times, the local contact was not always who we were expecting: thoroughly enjoyable - saw all the animals we could have hoped to.

Tiffany our travel agent was excellent and ensured we had a wonderful travel experience. All the airport pick ups and tours were on time with friendly and informative guides which allows you to make the most of your tour without the worry of organising as you go. Would definitely recommend Eclipse to arrange your tours. 😊

I visited Peru’s Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, the Amazon Rainforest in Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands with a group of 3 friends. Lara at Eclipse organised an itinerary that ticked all my boxes plus more. The trip went smoothly and according to plan. All the local guides and operators were very knowledgeable and helpful, which made the trip stress free and enjoyable. The hotels were superb. I highly recommend Eclipse Travel for a South American adventure.

We were very happy with our experience with Eclipse. The itinerary was flexible, we loved all the camps -everything went like clockwork and Anza was very helpful. We had tried to do the bookings ourselves but the inside knowledge about the camps was invaluable and also getting all the connections with small planes. We flew to Hwange and didn't understand why as we heard it was just a 3 hour road trip. Well the road was in terrible condition and it was taking people double the time and the local travel agent knew to book a flight we were so grateful. If you are scared of flying in Africa so was I but our experience was really wonderful with Mack Air.

Absolutely seamless, from start to end. Properties and experiences were as luxurious as we’d hoped but the grace and care of every staff member along the way was what made it so special

After my original consultation left I had quite a few issues getting in touch with them. Some information was incorrect too.

Prompt responses to initial enquiry and to follow up e mail questions during the booking process

Helpful advice

Booked the tour and extra flights
Very satisfied

We booked an amazing trip to Peru including the Inca Trail hike with Meike. Meike was so helpful and knew so much about the area. She had stayed at most of the hotels we booked and had great recommendations. I would 100% recommend Eclipse Travel and will be definitely booking another trip with them in the future

Matt from Eclipse travel once again arranged a perfect itinerary for us on our second trip to South America. Everything went like clockwork and we had the most amazing and memorable time. We can not wait to go back again, and will definitely be back in contact with Matt.

A great experience working with Daniel. He worked with us to find a great deal to cruise the Galapagos and suggestions on other places to travel. Always responsive and knowledgeable about South America.

Luke (my Eclipse consultant) was terrific... the whole trip was perfectly choreographed... hotels, connections, guides, drivers, destinations... and the local tour operators were professional and very supportive. I would highly recommend Eclipse ; in fact, with Luke's support, I am already planning my next international trip!

Our recent South America trip was absolutely unforgettable!! All the airport transfers, private tours and the 24/7 attentive services put together by Eclipse Travel and their trusted local partners were what made our trip extremely smooth. Through multiple communications when organising our trip, Luke our consultant truly understood our travel style and budget, everything he put together was exactly what we wanted. We cannot recommend more highly about Eclipse Travevl.

Very good tour operator. Communication with Meike was very efficient and helpful. Our trip went smoothly.

Eclipse Travel organised a wonderful six week trip for me in South America. Having the planning and bookings done by experts made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. 13 flights, 5 countries, and numerous guided tours. Everything worked so smoothly, and the quality of the recommended hotels was great.

Easy to deal with, answered all my questions promptly. Clear precise information

A good experience from start to finish. My wife and I booked a small- ship voyage in West Papua/ Raja Ampat which was to some extent exploratory, being the first time the shipping company had sailed there. In fact, the locals in one small village were very excited as it was the very first time a cruise ship had visited their village.
Given that this trip was a little out of the ordinary, in the weeks leading up to departure I had several questions/ issues needing clarification. Meike of Eclipse Travel, and her colleague Allison were always ready to assist and were prompt in finding the information I required. It was their pleasure to ensure that they did all in their power to give us the best holiday they could .. .. even contacting me after noticing (unasked) that a more suitable cabin had become available and effecting the switch. This really did enhance our holiday experience.

Meike took time to contact me after the trip to find out how things went, especially since it was a "first time" adventure. I'm sure this will be of use when advising future clients.

You will do well to book with Eclipse Travel.
