Eat Your Photo Anmeldelser

I have been using “eatyourphoto” now for several years and their service is fantastic. The quality of the printing on the cake topper icing is superb and the recipients have always been amazed when they see them mounted on cakes. Great value and great product and the turnaround time from uploading a file to receiving the finished product is incredible. Has saved me many, many hours from having to create and paint with edible colouring. Really great company and quality product giving really excellent value for money.

They gave me my photo cake extremely quickly, and it was well protected through delivery.

I ordered two Spider-Man cakes and some photo cupcake toppers from each your photo and I ordered them very late for me to take away to Abu Dhabi for my grandson's birthday. They were extremely well wrapped and very very fresh tasting. They went down and absolute tree. everyone said how wonderful they tasted and the quality was exceptional. I usually use a different company for my Cakes and I was recommended to this company and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Their customer service was excellent. The products were extremely good and I have absolutely no hesitation and giving them a five out of five.

I had two cakes for my twins Birthday party. One was chocolate and the other one was vanilla. They were very fresh, moist and tasty. Both cakes were decorated exactly how we wanted them. The cakes arrived on time, in very nice , sturdy boxes. This is the second year we are ordering cakes from EatYourPhoto. Highly recommended. Thank you for the great service.

Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Cakes delivered on time. My daughter was over the moon, a large canvas cake, victoria sponge and some cup cakes vanilla and chocolate. Ordering was easy, communication was brilliant and cakes tasted delicious. All the pictures and printing were clear. Thank you so much.

I ordered my son’s 18th birthday cake from “eat your photo” personalised with his motorbike on the front.
He was absolutely delighted and so happy. The photo was clear and perfectly positioned. The cake came extremely well packaged with an eye warming decorated box.
I was very impressed with the cake size and I cannot believe how delicious this cake was. The cake was moist and so so fresh! Probably the best cake I’ve ever tried and you will definitely see me order again! Thank you so much for making my sons memorable day even more beautiful!!!

Absolutely wonderful business. Excellent quality prints! Such fast processing time! Delivery is fast. I have come with last minute orders that they process super fast. They never fail to deliver, excellent customer service. Great communication and I have always been an extremely satisfied customer. As a home baker I sometimes need things done last minute and I can always count on this business to make that happen.

It’s often confusing as to how to go about ordering a photo cake or to try and bake custom. As part of a writers group ordered a cake with our logo for a big 10th birthday celebration. The cake looked gorgeous and was absolutely delicious. Had got the chocolate cream option.

They have a morning delivery option also and it worked perfectly with cake arriving on time and in perfect shape. Thoroughly recommend Eat your photo.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou. You went above and beyond with your customer service to make sure my daughter got her birthday cake, after the disaster with DPD. It was such a relief and it looked so amazing. She was honestly so made up and everyone said it was delicious.
Thankyou so much

1 star — extremely disappointing customer service

I dealt with Will and Paula regarding a delayed order and was extremely disappointed with how my concerns were handled.

I was particularly disappointed to be told that I “should have refused the delivery” and that “there is nothing we can do.” I was never told that refusing the parcel was something I was expected to do, and I was still hoping to use the product when it arrived.

I understand that Royal Mail was involved in the delay, but my main complaint is the way my situation was handled by customer service. I expected a professional and helpful response, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

I have raised a formal complaint with the company and requested that the handling of my case by Will and Paula is reviewed.

I ordered a 10” personalised photo icing for my son’s 40th.
The whole process was very simple, I was kept informed of order, dispatch and tracking. The item was well packaged and I was over the moon with the result and quality.
Would definitely use this service again.

I was really pleased to find this company as it took the hassle away of collecting a cake, driving the cake, carrying the cake, etc. I literally just had to send the photo, and pay. Then it was out of my hands and the cake was delivered on time to the party venue. It looked brilliant and the birthday girl was really pleased with it. All the guests were saying it was great and how delicious it was. It was so scrummy, I snuck myself a second slice!

I have just received my order and WOWWW!!!!!
(ordered 2 x large photo icing sheets)

These are amazing first time ordering and I am very impressed, the boldness of the colours and clarity are great.

Not using them until next week, but wanted to share how good they look now.

Simple order process, good communication and cake dispatched as promised in good time for the big day. When it arrived it was exactly as ordered, looked terrific, perfectly boxed and received rave reviews from all who saw it. It tasted great too! Faultless from Eat Your Photo but I cannot say the same for DHL who caused us considerable distress with their failed delivery and could not care less attitude to the predicament they left us in. Thankfully with the help of Eat Your Photo the day was saved and we are very grateful to them for that. 100% recommended cake maker.

Excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, and the cake was delivered on the chosen day. It was beautifully and securely packaged. The photo was perfect, and the cake delicious! I would definitely order again!

Easy to order cake. Cake was delivered on the chosen day and most importantly, the cake was delicious and look perfect Would definitely order again, thank you.

I love love. I have ordered a few cakes over the years for my sons. Today I recieved my eldest sons cake. He loves it 34 today. Both my lads love the cakes from EYP. The Quality, freshness, taste. YUM, delivery, packaging is perfect. Such a nice surprise for the kid inside everyone no matter how old. You can add any picture or design. Honestly I will always order from here. Happy sons Happy mum. Delivery service is excellent, delivery on his Birthday. The website is easy to navigate and you have a choice of cake and filling, jam, cream ect. Have a look.

Such a fantastic company! The cake was superb, packaging and tracked delivery faultless. The cake was moist and gorgeous, thoroughly recommend and great value for money!

Quick service and customer service was prompt when I was worried I hadn't heard regarding delivery (courier was the issue, not Eat Your Photo). The cake is superb! I am extremely pleased with how well it looks as well as how well it was packed. The cake itself is delicious, moist and tasty. Highly recommend. I was just a little stressed about getting it in time and had to go to the depot to collect (45 minute drive there and 45 minute drive back) due to 2 failed deliveries (no fault of mine).

Thank you, yet again, for providing me with my "Eat Your Photo" Birthday cake order. I had only allowed 2 days for your team to incorporate my photos and greeting on the cake , then encase it uber-securely in the sturdiest practical cardboard container for the safest transportation. Truly a wow moment for me and all who saw it ...BUT..., even better than the skillful detailed external appearance was the fulfilling gratification of the luscious, full flavour chocolate gáteau inside Exactly what I'd asked for so I thank you and your excellent team for your diligence and customer satisfaction focused professionalism.
