I ordered a brown sandal from this company, and they sent me a completely different shoe. i reached out to them, and returned the item. it’s been over two months, they refused to refund me. There should be a way we can report these retail company’s for bad business conducts. The website is a scam

Wow how disappointing. Their Website stinks, wrong info on my account, can’t reach anyone by chat, phone ! Sizes aren’t available, then they are mysteriously in the same day.
If you can’t make a purchase, get info, make purchases correct mistakes make exchanges conveniently, have communication? Why bother being in business, too many other places to choose from
Shoes are not true to size either very frustrating.
Then charge to return ship + charge for restocking also BS!

You get no stars because my experience was horrid. Your company has the worst customer service ever.... No wonder you have horrible reviews. Ordered a 9 1/2 wide for my daughter. They fit me and I wear an 8. Unfortunately I ordered more shoes than came today and want that order canceled but cannot get through to your invisible customer service. PLEASE CANCEL ANY OPEN ORDERS FROM MY EMAIL.

I should have known better; placed an order with this company online without reading reviews here. Order placed on 12/30/2022. My credit card was charged on that date; however, today is 1/4/2023 and in tracking the package, status reads 12/30/2022 "label created." I've tried calling customer service several times, on hold forever, can't get through to a real person. I'm afraid the order will never arrive and they have my money. NEVER AGAIN!!!
UPDATE: Order delivered on 1/6/2023 and correct items were shipped. Based on reviews here and the fact that I could not get through to customer service, I will NOT order from this company again and will unsubscribe to their emails which are numerous.

I ordered boots in black and received dark brown. They will not send me postage to return (their mistake).
I absolutely will never purchase from the every again or their products on other websites

I have worn Easy Spirit shoes for a long time. I ordered a pair direct from Easy Spirit and they were narrow instead of wide. They were marked wide but were not. I paid $36 but my refund was only 19.03

I'm getting really tired of companies that scrub reviews below four or five stars. I wrote an honest three-star review of one of Easy Spirit's clogs, and they did not publish it (I wrote a second, marked it two stars, just in case, and they didn't publish that one, either). I also wrote to the company itself, Easy Spirit (no s at the end), using their own form, about the issue of only publishing high-rating reviews. They never answered.

About a week later they did send me a questionnaire asking me how well their Customer Service department helped me. They didn't seem to know I'd never been contacted, or they were just trolling for high reviews, hoping I'd forgotten. Either way, their customer service is atrocious!

As for the shoes, the Wides are narrower than my existing Medium-width shoes of the same style. And the inside of the shoe, the footbed, is far narrower than my foot. I cannot imagine any woman getting ankle stability from these shoes!

I like their shoes but customer services is awful. I placed a return, and got the retunr credit, but apparently my email got messed up, I had to wait 20 minutes on hold and now am STILL on the phone with them with the customer service rep trying to figure out how to get me my credit. They have no email to assist, you can't reach them on social media, and they just say to call, but it's super hard to get through. And now I have to wait 5 days to HOPE that the e-gift card for my retunr comes through to my new email address IF they got it right. Extremely frustrating. Although - again - I like their shoes, if anything goes wrong it's a HUGE pain, so I likely won't order from them again.

Horrible. Poor quality, stiff, and ill fitting. The top of the bootie is so hard that it cuts into my skin when I walk.
The reviews on their website are either fake or from ages ago when the quality was better.

Easy Spirit Deserves A One Half Star Rating
Three pairs of shoes took 2 months to be delivered. After about 3 minutes of trying on the 3 pairs of shoes, realizing none fit well, then rushing them back to Fed Ex in a couple of days, I lost $55.00 for restocking fees. Shame on you Easy Spirit!! Your company is surely not in the big league of online shoes. I would Not recommend you at all. Zappos is far, far better on customer service and free returns. Never Again, Easy Spirit!!

I have been buying Easy Spirits for as long as I can remember. Excellent Success and Satisfaction until recently and have always recommended them to others. I currently have 6 pair. Recently the soles have started crumbling and following off, and I agree with another report, that my older ones are holding up much better than my most recent purchases, which at current retail are definitely not cheap! Sad and added to the other challenges of our day, very frustrating and disappointing.

I had a knee replacement 7 weeks before my daughter got married on 10/30, so I couldn’t be shopping from store to store. I ordered a pair from Clark and they were too small. Returned them and ordered a pair of Easy Spirit through JC Penney. Those had a little more pointy shoe than I like so went to Penney’s to exchange and of course they didn’t have them so asked to exchange them for something they hand in stock and she said “no, you have to go downstairs to return them.” So I had to hobble down there to return. Went up to look for new shoes and they had 1 pair that would work, but had not one pair of any size in stock. So this was October 26th and I went on to Easy Sprit website and found a pair and ordered. Paid extra $32 for 1-2 day shipping, thinking they will get there Thursday or Friday. On Friday I get an email saying estimated delivery is October 31st. Too late for my daughters wedding!! Email them and they tell me they have a 2-3 processing time so add that to the shipping. Went back and forth and then she sends me the web address for the shipping policy. I told her that I’m sure 99% of people don’t go and read that!! I said when I order something from Amazon and ask for 1-2 say shipping, it’s on my doorstep no later than 2 days! Will never, ever buy anything from there or Nine West who must own them as that’s where the web address is from! Now I need to return them and that should be fun!

If one likes this brand for shoes, one will be better off buying somewhere INDIRECTLY--NEVER to buy directly from them--Not Easy Spirits--but quite relentlessly mean .

Else, after placing just one order here, a non-stop trail of their free advertising activities from this very website will bombard one's e-mail non-stop-- with all kinds of junk lists ALL DAY long--
[ It is the new version of massive junk mails replaced by the massive amount of junk e-mails from them!!]
Of course, one had clicked to stop all these nonsense junk mails--to no avails--

Horrible return policy and not compatible with other vendors that sell shoes and even their shoes. Can return only within 21 days of receipt, which is an extremely tight window, and an "odd" number, which is hard to remember, given the typical 30-90 day policy of other vendors. I believe that this is deliberate, so that they don't have to give refunds, even if the shoes were never worn or defective. Forget about getting customer service to waive their policy in order to keep a customer. I have (2) pairs of shoes that I bought on 9/4 just prior to vacation, and they did not fit. However, by the time I returned on 10/1, the return window had closed. Just horrible, but Easy Spirit does not care to meet their competitors more generous return policies. If still want to support a company that does not care about their customers, buy from a department store or other source that has more reasonable return policies.

Wish I read these reviews before I entered the twilight zone called customer service. I purchased 2 of the same Size Easy Spirit shoe I have always worn. They are way to big. Retured the same day they arrived for an exchange. They accepted the exchange and said the new order was being sent out. 3 weeks and numerous phone calls have gotten no where. I am now told you can't get a refund until 19 business days have passed. I doubt they even have my size and they are waiting for a shipment to come in. Also I had to go down a half size and from wide to medium. Horrible. I will NEVER NEVER buy from them ever again.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I spent $90 for nothing. No customer service....the globalist bought EasySpirit. Which means they don't care about the consumer. They only care about money. Another American company down the drain. We know we're in a monopoly when the quality is very low and the prices very high. Ripped off...

I love the shoes but the website is awful. There's no way to reset your password if you forget it and the login via social accounts doesn't work. And if you need help, there's no easy way to get it. Now I remember why I started ordering shoes through Zappos, even though Easy Spirit is my preferred brand.

On the bright side, their shoes are not a beauty, but what a relief to get shoes that match size 10ww. That's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1.
As others have written, awful customer service and awful return policy. They sent me the wrong item. Still, when I return it I had to pay shipping both ways and restocking fees. If you need to buy shoes from this company, due to unusual shoe size, buy it from Amazon. I am not a fan of Amazon, and try to buy directly from companies. But at least you know you will be refunded if you get the wrong item.

These shoes are really comfortable! They are also pretty. The two velcro straps on each shoe make for a perfect fit for each foot. I'd recommend them and would purchase them again. These are the Maison EMOVE Walking Sandal with the floral print. They feel like I'm walking on air.
