I bought via order no DUX026075110, a pair of boots size 4 in Uk which ended to be too small, so I emailed easy spirit to privide me a QR label for the return, but no one provide any feedback, I called them as well, the same issue no one is answering. This make me think I am dealing with a scam company which I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Not so "Easy" change policy
I placed an order online on Jan. 25, 2024. I checked my email 1 hour and 10 min later and realized when I was shopping and selected to view a different color of the shoe I was viewing, it changed my shoe size from 8.5 to a 5. So since it was so late in the evening I immediately sent an email to their customer service dept.
The next morning by 10 am I had not heard from them so I called. The representative told me that it was too late. I only had 1 hour after placing the order to change or cancel it.
The order did not ship until 4 days later, but they could not change the size. What type of company does this??? This was shipping direct to my sister as a gift. So now we had to go through getting a return label, and now something that was meant as a gift is now work for her to have to take to a return location. Not only that, they took $9.99 for the inbound shipping to me, and charged me another $6.95 to return them. All because their software did not keep my size on the webpage, that only the photo of the color of shoe changed. I realize that I should have double checked it, but I also realize that in the computer age we live in that there is an easy way for them to open an order up and change a size, color, or even cancel an order well after a one hour time limit and a shipment not being made until 4 days after the order was placed. I am furious with Easy Spirit and myself. So "Easy" is not so easy.

Ordered a shoe size 9.5 - extra wide WW shoe and it's impossible the shoe size was accurate. My guess the shoe size was maybe an 8.5. A total waste of time & beware if you provide your email address you will be inundated with emails from Easy Spirit.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I clicked on the link stating 50% off. Picked a pair of booties that I liked. Picked size and color. That page even said 50% taken off at checkout. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE DISCOUNT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have had!
Here is my experience: I bought a pair of size 7 wide shoes, got 12 M. They were on clearance, so no return or exchange allowed!! They did give me a one time only refund on a gift card I had to spend on their site. Thought, well maybe it was my error- tried to buy the shoes again; triple checked the size before placing it. Guess what? It now says I ordered 12 M again and will not let me change or cancel the order!!! As for myself, I will never ever buy Easy Spirit again!
Horrible Customer service - yes, I have contacted them again, but of course no one works on Sunday. They allowed one hour from the time I placed the order last night to change or cancel -but I did not get the email showing the wrong size until this morning!
The only response I am getting is an automated email (per the 3 customer service reps I have talked with) telling me to call customer service! The customer service reps are not enabled to do anything except place another escalated ticket! No response from anyone to these tickets or offers to assist in any way!

I am an exshoe repair man and what happened with easy spirits is simple. YEARS back they had really nice GOOD shoes and people just love them. NOW some one else took our the COMANY and these new people do not care AT ALL. This what happened so Just NEVER buy or order from them AGAIN. I order shoes from other company they tell my shoes will come in 30 days or sooner, and guess want there in about 6 or 7 days and there the right size color. Just change your shoe company!!! Bye Bye easy spirits.
Long time customer of travel time…
Long time customer of travel time clogs. For the last few years I’ve noticed the sizing is off. Always order 8.5 w then 9w and they are inconsistent. I’ve worn them for 20 plus years and will need to find new comfortable shoes ugh
Poor Quality
Poor quality. Got the wedges in September. 1.5 months later, the sole and the side are no longer intact. Wear them only once a week. I left a 1-star review on their website and my review is not even posted. Their reviews on their websites are fake!
Incorrect Item Sent To Me
Today I received my order which consisted of someone else’s order inside. Box was addressed to me, but inside the invoice and shoes belong to someone in California. Called customer service and complained and I have to wait 8-10 days for a refund because of their error. I will never order from Easy Spirit again!

The website is all about misdirection. There is not clear information about processing time or ability to cancel order. The website would not allow me to cancel an order even when the order had not yet been processed.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EASY SPIRIT if you want clear communication and a positive expience.
Now I have wasted money for expedited delivery time and will be on vacation when the package arrives.

Easy spirit website sounds so nice. Order shoes and don't worry if they don't fit, just send them back. So I ordered 2 pair. Both were way too big. I just received the shoes today. Since they were too big, I decided to return them, or exchange them for a smaller size. They don't have smaller sizes, so I decided to return. These are the things they don't tell you when you order. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $6.95 to return shoes that "are eligible". YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ANY SHOES THAT ARE ON SALE. So I learned my lesson. Stay away from this company! I cannot return shoes that I can't even wear. I had no knowledge of this before I ordered them.

Three weeks after receiving the sandals, I wore them for the first time and the sole became detached from the top. The same day, I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures which I sent immediately. One week later, they hadn't responded. After two calls, they asked for more pictures. Now they say that it has been over a month since the sandals were delivered. They say that the return policy is 30 days and they are offering a gift card. Easy Spirit is not taking any responsibility for their defective product. This is not a return, this is a damaged product situation. Pls take ownership and stand by your product quality

Good shoes BAD customer service
I placed my 1st order for 3 pair of shoes. Two were ridiculously comfortable but one was too big and sent back. Got prompt refund. So I ordered another pair of shoes right away expecting to receive it just as rapidly as my first shipment. Nope. They sent an email 8/14 with tracking # stating it had shipped. It’s 8/19 and tracking # still is not activated and shoes are just sitting somewhere labeled to ship out. I’ve called their customer service 3 times this morning, the auto system picks up but disconnects within 15 seconds
The shoes are very comfortable but good luck on a second order or getting questions answered. Oh they also do not have a customer service link to email them or chat live. Disappointing.
Long time customer unhappy
As long time customer, I have always loved easy spirit shoes. For the first time I received a pair of shoes that did not fit and did not look like picture on website. When I looked at their ” easy return “ policy I found I would not be reimbursed for shipping which was 10 dollars and I would have to pay an additional 6.95 for return. I will donate the shoes and never order easy spirit online again.

Received my order and 1 pair of shoes was the wrong size. I've always been very happy with Easy Spirit, never had any problems with returns until now. I would've simply exchanged them for the right size, that option was not available. I was going to be charged for the return, which was fine but I had to drive 80 miles round trip to find a location that would do it. Basically making the return more trouble than it was worth, I'll just donate them. Will think long and hard before ordering again. VERY disappointed. Easy Spirit is no longer a great way to buy my shoes especially since they're all I wear.

Don't buy direct from Easy Spirit. I have worn these clogs for years; ordered this pair from them and same size as always was way too big; they not only gave me runaround on where to return (instead of having FedEX pick them up--I had to go 2 places), now I find out I'm getting half of the money back. If I'd purchased from store, I could have taken back & got all the money back.
Customer Non-Service
I have purchased Easy Spirit shoes for my wife going on 23 years. However, I will NEVER purchase another product from them. The end of May I attempted to buy two pairs of shoes for my wife for her birthday. The web site had a buy one, get another half off. I purchased two pairs, but never received a confirmation or receipt. I called the company on the 29th of May to check if the order went through. I talked to the two rudest people who gave me my order number but told me the order was messed up. Only one pair of shoes was on the order. I asked which pair, as it was important I got her the first pair I put into the cart. The woman said she could not edit or cancel the order. I would need to pay full price now. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was not allowed to. On Tuesday I called again and talked to a man who said he would cancel the order as it had not shipped. He promised he would send a note to a supervisor as to the rude way the two others treated me. Someone would contact me as all the woman would tell me is there were NO options and o check my Spam folder for my receipt. I told her and the man I checked it before calling. So today May 31, I get an email stating your one item has shipped. To this date, I have never received a receipt even after he told me he sent it. I have, however, received 6 ads from them just fine. They have lost me as a customer.
