Très mauvais SAV, il faut renvoyer le sac en Pologne, pour des frais postaux d’environ 15 €uros. Tout est fait pour que la garantie ne fonctionne pas!! Voleur!

The wheel broke when i was abroad, making the baggage very difficult to shift, and before I left the combination lock jammed, and could not be sorted out with the helpful call centre. These two aspects are the most important moving parts of a heavy bag - a broken wheel probably reflects the quality of the wheels components - which were clearly very poor - and cheap. The bag is only 18 months old, and was used on only two foreign trip abroad. I would hope for at least 5 year usage for a piece of mediumly priced baggage.

Links to unsubscribing from emails do not work. No way to unsubscribe. Having read the reviews of the bags - I now have my fingers crossed that the ones I bought a couple of years ago remain in good order!

Trying to source replacement wheel for my Eastpak
4 wheel soft shell large bag involved several emails and receipt of several bot replies referring me to Eastpak Sustainability Policy ;-<
Wheels are not under warranty.. fair enough but this cannot be considered to fit with sustainability: "Unfortunately, we are not shipping spare parts for self-repair as this is against the Company rules."
The bag has many years of use left in her, so I then asked for guidance as to where to buy replacement wheels online as it is difficult to select ones that would actually fit. I then received another bot reply for the info to determine if the repair is under warranty. Infuriating!

I had to pay out of pocket to send my backpack to a repair center in Poland, and the processing time was extremely slow. A 30-year warranty like this is basically meaningless. On top of that, the quality of the Eastpak products I recently purchased is very poor. I will not be choosing this brand again in the future.

Très déçue, je ne peux que rejoindre l avis que je viens de lire . Moi aussi le tissu intérieur se désagrège et se colle aux affaires placées ds le sac. Envoyé chez EASTPAK ( 15€ de frais) et il m a été retourné stipulant une usure normale, un frottement lié aux affaires transportées !! La bonne blague car le tissu se désagrège ds le haut du sac et pas le bas hors le contenu se stocke plutôt ds le bas du sac à dos
L extérieur est impeccable et il a moins de 10 ans

Garantie du tissu garantie 30 ans, en moins de 30 jours il etait rapé, déchiré, et évidemment eastpak refuse de prendre en charge les réparation ou de me rembourser

Ho acquistato un astuccio una settimana fa, ancora oggi non è stato consegnato. Assistenza inesistente, servizio inesistente, UPS assente non risponde ai messaggi. Mai più sito originale Eastpak.

Très dessus de Easpak ils garantissent leurs sacs 30 ans tant qu’ils n’y a pas de problème !
mon mini sac à dos a 20 ans le plastique intérieur se désagrège entièrement et ils ne veulent pas le prendre en garantie. Je l’ai montré à un vendeur Easpak il m’a dit de ne jamais avoir vu une chose pareil, que c’est anormal, malgré tout Easpak ne veut rien faire. Il est impeccable à l’extérieur, mais inutilisable car le plastique se dépose sur toute mes affaires à l’intérieur. Alors n’achetez pas ces sacs de marque pour la garantie !

Der Reissverschluss ist an meinem Rucksack defekt. An meinen Fachhändler gewendet, die den Rucksack bei eastpak reklamiert haben. Nach über 4 Wochen keine Antwort. Vergesst die Werbung mit 30 Jahren Garantie. Alles Augenwischerei. Kaufe keine Rucksack mehr von diesem Unternehmen…

garantie inexistante . N attendez rien du service client. C’est du baratin. Le soir devient noir au bout de deux mois et refuse de faire quoi que soit. Honteux

Ich bin enttäuscht, habe einen defekten Reißverschluss an meinem Rucksack gehabt und Kontakt zu Eastpak aufgenommen.
Ich habe dein Fehler beschrieben und explizit danach gefragt, ob es sich um eine Garantieleistung handelt. Die Antwort war schicken Sie den Rucksack ein... . Nachdem ich das entsprechende Schriftstück ausgefüllt habe also auf eigene Kosten nach Polen (wenigstens nicht Indien) zu Eastpack geschickt.
Dann ist mir der Rucksack zurück gesandt mit der Mitteilung zurückgesandt worden, dass es sich nicht um eine Garanieleistung handelt.
Also die Versankosten und die Zeit umsonst investiert und vorweg von Eastpak eine falsch zu interpretierende Beurteilung hinsichtlich der Garantieübernahme bekommen?!
Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass entweder vorher gesagt wird, dass es sich nicht um einen Garantiefall handelt, dann hätte ich mir Geld und Zeit gespart und mich nicht unnütz ärgern müssen.
Ich werde kein Eastpak Produkt mehr kaufen.

Really smooth and positive experience. Purchased on Sunday, delivered on Thursday to the UK. Was kept up to date with tracking every step of the way. Having read the reviews left by others, I was very hesitant to order, but took the chance, and I'm glad I did. Great service and experience and the quality of the bag is second to none.

Eastpak se dit tourné vers l'environnement et propose une garantie 30 ans, C'est du MENSONGE !!!!! Même pas 2 ans et la fermeture ne fonctionne plus alors que le sac est en parfait état !!!

Vous devez payer le retour du produit en Pologne VOUS MÊME !!!!! et le pire, c'est qu'en plus, ça coute quasiment aussi cher que le sac !!!!

Ils ne respectent pas la loi !!!!

ARNAQUE, plus jamais je n'achèterais leur sac !!!

Une plainte est déposée à la DRGGCF qui prend les choses très au sérieux, je vous invite tous à faire la même chose pour qu'une action en justice soit effectuée.

Je vais également contacter UFC Que choisir pour une action collective !

Pointless 30 year warranty which covers basically the soft bits of the bag, the bits that won't go wrong, but not the wheels. I will say the bag is a few years old, but not used hard- perhaps 2x per year. Wheels are broken and need replacing. No truck with Eastpak- I offered to pay, they just say they can't help- not replacable due to lack of parts. Hmmm, what are they making the new bags with??? This bag is still on sale.

Ordered a bag which they claim was delivered but never received - don’t even know what house they delivered it to. They claim it was delivered to a house so won’t refund or send another! Not my house or a neighbour!! What a joke never will order from them again!

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering a Large Tranverz Upright. On the first use I went to unpack and the code I had used for the combination lock did not work. Stuck on a cruise ship with all my clothes in the case I spent two hours trying every possible combination without success. With no alternative I requested that the ships maintenance guy force the lock which he did with little damage. The case was returned to Eastpak under guarantee, who stated that because the case was damaged by a third party it was not covered by the guarantee; completely ignoring the fact that it was faulty in the first place.
Fortunately I had purchased the case from a reputable company, London Luggage who replaced the case without question.*****

1ere expérience chez EASTPAK et quelle déception: Article en solde commandé 54, à livrer en point relais. L'article n'est même pas arrivé jusqu'au point relais qu'il est reparti chez l'expéditeur. Problème avec son partenaire transporteur certes, mais c'est le process qui suit qui ne va pas. Les articles retournés à l'initiative de leur partenaire ne sont pas renvoyés, pas un mot d'excuses envers le client ni même une explication, on le découvre dans le suivi d'envoi et on contacte le SAV, il faut le recommander et bien que toujours en période de solde, l'article souhaité n'est plus en solde et passe de 54€ à 90€.
Process à revoir tout comme les relations avec le partenaire de transport
