I was not happy with the fitters they took the piss scratched all my living room door and also took the paint of my walls ..... I think that was piss take so really I ain't happy I will not have those again.. I am very sorry for what they have done to me .....

We’ve had floors about 2 years ago and had no problems but this time has been an actual nightmare we had to wait 2 weeks for initial appointment even though being returning customers we was told we just have to pay the deposit then we can book an appointment but when we rang they told us something else! Then we got booked in the guy ignored us all day didn’t let us know a rough time so my partner had to rush home from work as I was recovering from a surgery at my grans house, the guy came hungover after the World Cup which is fine aslong as you do your best and my floor looks good which was not the case the floor was the worst I’ve ever seen done professionally bumps everywhere missing gaps where the stairs are visible not all the way to the edges so there’s gaps at the side of all the stairs on both sides, white glue all over my black carpet so we rang up to get it amended was told we had to wait 2 weeks for someone else to come out bare in mind we thought it was to be sorted and refitted it was just an inspector who didn’t even need us to tell him what was wrong it was quiet obvious and said it was a mess and they’re going to have to speak to the fitting company as it’s unacceptable to then be told they’re sending the the same guy out who clearly can’t do his job and has already messed my floor up once and we will have to wait another 2 weeks until he’s in the area for the pleasure: so we did that informed them we can’t take anymore time off work and because it’s done wrong can they work with us and give us a rough time or a morning or afternoon appointment so we can work around work which they agreed and then let us down when it came to the day and be told they don’t do that even though it was a good will gesture for everything we’ve had to deal with when this process is meant to be a simple easy process! The floor was that bad they even offered it us at a hugely discounted price which is ridiculous because I’d still have to pay for the floor to be redone so in that case it should be free because I wouldn’t be keeping it! so anyway we waited for that day the office never contacted us with a time like we asked so the guy messaged saying he will be here the time I had to set off for work so we told him this and his reply was that’s the only time we can do so we said ok I then waited until half 2 making me an hour late for work in the for the guy to never show up now 2 weeks after that our other new appointment was set up and now the guys apparently had a car crash on the motorway and it won’t be until bank holidays Monday so in total we’ve paid a quarter of the floor off before it’s even been laid on the floor would’ve been easier and cheaper at this point to just pay it out right honestly don’t waste your money the flooring is ok but the fitter is not gaurenteed and the floor is double the price it would be to just pay out right save yourself the money and the stress of having not floor for months on end I have pictures and proof of the flooring from the day it was fitted but for some reason Trustpilot won’t let me post a picture I think everyone would be shocked if they seen what they expect us to pay £800 for

They came to rectify it again yesterday the 2nd of September and didn’t send the guy with enough materials so we’ve requested a full refund as I’ve taken some legal advice and now know what they’re doing is illegal as a month after isn’t in a timely manor and is a inconvenience I will be requesting a full refund and if my payment is only £580 when we’ve already paid just under £400 upto now you can confirm we only have £180 left to pay? Or are you sure your staff aren’t stupid and aren’t taking the deposit and £155 fitting fee into consideration?

I’m abit confused as it was only from £10 a week when I looked into having Lino so I booked a appointment a man come to my home I ended up paying £70 up front which does not come off your first bill at all like it says that it does, then 3 days later I paid another £70 as it landed on my payment date so that’s £140 before we’ve even started then I had to pay £100 to the fitters so that’s £240 I’ve paid not like £40 up front and it comes out off your first months bill. really I could have used that £240 and just paid for one out right as my living room and all way is tiny so wouldn’t have cost be much. I thought the whole point off paying £10 weekly is for those who can’t afford to buy carpets but it turns out to be a lot dearer then that and no monies come off your first bill. I didn’t get no choice at all to just pay £10 a week. I just think it’s false advertising the “salesman” gets into your home turn on the gift off the gab and talk you into believing you’ve got a great deal but when you think about it afterwards you realise it would have been cheaper to by my own. The Lino should really have cost £250 I’ve paid over the odds at £700 plus £100 to the fitter this needs to be advertised properly too as its hidden I had to dig deep into stuff to see the fitters had to be paid. I just thought it’s a rip off. And off course the sales person is going to pressure us into buying and paying out more money as it’s a good sale for them. I definitely wouldn’t use again

Both sets of people that came to do my vinyl and my laminate was polite and friendly & very quick at doing them, would definitely recommend, company was patient with me since I had to cancel a few times due to circumstances out of my control. Big thank you to those four people that came out!

I am very happy to have come across easipay carpets. I moved properties due to my flatmate/Brother committing suicide and they have been a big help due to struggling times with myself starting fresh. The staff are very polite over the phone and in person and i would highly recommend easipay carpets the good services do not stop there, the people they use for fitting flooring are proffesional, polite and helpful. Would i go any where else No ive just ordered new flooring for hallway and really looking forqard to having it fitted. Overall if i had not come across easipay carpets when i did i would not have been able to get flooring at the time i did and i can not thank all the staff enough as i go through difficult times on grieving and sorting a new home out. Quality of flooring is excellent and payment method is so simple to set up i screen zhot payments and mark them off every month.

Told me they was coming between 10-11am messaged me at 10:17 and cancelled due to van breaking last night after all furniture moved and carpet ripped up now can’t give me an exact date for it to be done could be tomorrow could be end of the week so currently can’t move in 1 bed flat no flooring and I am on my own due to give birth in 2 weeks I have also been told I can’t get a refund for the money I have paid on time every week for the last 6-7 weeks so my only option is to wait with no bed no sofa and barely any access to my kitchen. Honestly shocked the way they are able to do this to people

Utterly abysmal. I didn't have fitting straight away, due to health issues within the home. My account was paid in full before I booked fitting. First their fitter arrived with carpet spray adhesive for fitting a lino floor onto concrete. They rushed the job were completed in 40 minutes, & managed to completely massacre the job. I could of trimmed it & done it better myself. Horrendous job many areas of damage hidden by them. He did not get paid & easipay admitted fault & promised to replace the whole lot. Having lost all faith in their 'qualified' fitters, I asked for delivery so I can get a fitter myself that will do it properly. 1st delivery, cancelled by easipay the day of. 2nd time emptying the room & had to cancel my fitter. 2nd delivery fitter tried charging for delivery even though that wasn't the case. Now have to await manager call as no one sees willing to refund my money.
Update 'goodwill' payment eventually accepted as I had truly had enough & no longer wanted anything other than my money back

Done nearly all of my house now high quality carpets polite and friendly service and convenient monthly payment! Wouldn’t go with anyone else now!

From the salesman to the 2 lads that fitted the carpet been brilliant can't recommend it enough to friends and neighbors plus definitely come back and get another carpet for elsewhere in the house.

Fitters were very good and professional.
Left no mess.
Flooring looks great.

Well..to start I was given the wrong number to contact the fitter on the day, I managed to sort that. Then the flooring wasn’t delivered to the fitter on the day, not his fault. The customer service, although understanding, couldn’t give me an update. It’s now day 2 10:10am and apparently the fitter will be with me soon…communication needs to be better between the fitters and EasiPay and the customer. Apparently the fitter told EasiPay his new number a few times…

As with 1st time I used easipay carpets,call staff were helpful and polite,Andy who came round to measure up was helpful and explained the process (including price and and fitting.Chris and he's people arrived on time and did fantastic job.

Great workers and top customer service highly recommend and especially June that deals with all of my appointments and picking the right flooring/carpets for my property

Turned up on the time they said, polite, cleaned up the off cuts put in bag and put next to bin. Great job done. Great service, good quality of carpet. Great we can pay weekly or more if we want.
