I had a great experience with Pay Per Week Carpets, especially dealing with Mick. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely polite throughout the whole process.

Mick clearly explained all the steps involved and broke down the payment amounts, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated how transparent everything was from start to finish.

I’m very happy with the service so far and look forward to booking again to get the rest of the bedrooms done. Highly recommend!

My partner account this company is disgusting I had texts saying about payment then link to pay that doesn't work then when j have paid texts sent saying i not paid texts saying my account in arrears texts saying someone coming my house threatening text I madr complaint fee times nothing done then j got email I sent proof and got tild they ring today asked time j gave time and nothing no phone call so I still pay but the ppw getting reported action been put in place today

Jack came to measure my living room and passage, very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Today I messaged the phone number for the sales person arranged to come see me as missed first visit and she was at my door within half hour, we spoke about prices first and showed me pictures of each individual sofa, giving me info on each one she answered all my questions I'm depth and was very patient with me, we then measured my front room giving all my info as we went along, her name is Louise and I cannot fault her once for doing an amazing job and not rushing or trying to make us buy straight away. Very nice lady, well spoken and very very polite

Absolute shocking company we purchased Lino for our kitchen- as the fitters left we noticed a scratch on the entrance to the kitchen and a lump where some debris was underneath the Lino causing it to look like a bump causing a tiny hole. I'd contacted pay per week and my call was taken by a lady who rude blunt and quick to get me off the phone! I found the call centre staff very rude impatient and sarcastic! I made the call as the fitters drove off! After a week or so a lady came out to inspect it.. took pictures she agreed she would be unhappy about the lino aswell -
If I may point out the lady who dealt with us choosing the lino and later coming back out to inspect the scratch she was a really nice lovely lady! A pleasure to have in our home! She was called Louise.

Few weeks went by and I was contacted by a manager apparently . Her tone and attitude was just as bad as those who worked at the call centre.. very abrupt rude and not sympathetic at all she sounded like she had great pleasure telling me it's a case of "
the fitters said they didn't do it so you must of??? So the fitters are offering to come take it up and put a new lino down but it's going to cost ME £95 to fit it!!!! 😡
We are Absolutely furious!we are not adding £95 to a bill that the fitters were responisble for!
Of course the lads are going to say they didn't do it but we didn't either we are certainly not responsible for the fitters laying flooring over bits of debris causing a bump and tiny hole either! I'm going to continue payments however I will be taken this to trading standards and ombudsman as we are not happy we are stuck with a lino scratched damaged and trying to blame us and get me to pay £95 for a new one? If the fitters wernt responsible for the damage why offer to come a lay a new one... but charge us!!

I'm leaving a negative review really really unhappy with this outcome - pay weekly are so much better and affordable way of getting carpets and Lino's however don't trust this firm! Do your research and choose a different firm - absolutely shocking and terrible rude call centre staff 👍🏼😡

I would never use pay per week again.
They harrass you from the minute your payment bounces, send threatening text messagea and even call from different numbers/places. Im goimg through a very stressful time in refuge atm with my children and a 40 pound payment right now is little of my worries, i will pay for it but when funds arnt low. I wish i never even used this company.

My agent was mick he's been to us twice now he's very polite and professional we will definitely be using again

Louise the sales Rep was lovely, explained everything well and really helpful.

Do not order from these people they tell you what you want to hear to get your deposit so they know they can keep it and not give you a full refund!

The agent came out gave me all the spiel about being a gold customer so I will only have to pay payments for two weeks and can get a delivery date. This I have evidence of and a witness.

I have tried for over a week to contact a mob number and the office and finally got a reply today saying that she is sorry I was told that it’s not true and I have to pay a substantial amount more off the sofa to get a delivery date! I was never told the full price of the sofa nor was I given documentation of the full cost! They’re saying they can give me a refund but not a full one! In my opinion this is how these make a lot of their money by praying on people vulnerabilities of low or fair credit and when people people find out this about delivery they keep some of the money and get it for nothing! I am not getting the financial ombudsman involved! Stay clear of these!

Mick was so easy to deal with, a gentleman who was and very professional, explained everything to me and put my mind at ease, extremely knowledgeable on the sofa that I've now purchased.. Brilliant thank you kindly Mick.

Would like to thank pay per week for reinstating my account. My previous review was written in a dark time as my mental health was bad. Fully appreciate the help and support, apologies regarding the previous review i was just in a bad place. And looking forward to having my new flooring fitted and thank you again

Had a consultation today with Mike and he was super friendly. I’m an older woman and do struggle to understand everything and he explained it all so well and I now can’t wait for my vinyl fitting! Thank you Mike, we will see you again soon I’m sure!

Used this company for four years now had living room, hall and stairs now my bedroom very good from start to finish mick came showed us samples showed us the payments so nothing hidden very happy with service

Very easy .. had a little issues with measurements but phone up and the gentleman I spoke to Scott was amazing helped me all the way couldn’t be happier kept me informed with any updates and was happy to answer all my questions and get things sorted

Had measurements done today by Mike very nice person explained everything well very happy hopefully have my flooring soon
