Laminate
Hi . Darren the manager who came around to show me the colours of the laminate and told me all about the prices and agreed. Very nice bloke .
The fitter, a bit of a discussion about the flooring but still managed to fix the laminate very nice and tidy . The only thing that annoyed me that I had to get rid of the rubbish and mess by myself.

Great Service
The carpet was ordered and fitted within two weeks with a payment plan that is easy to manage. I was originally skeptical but the account manager and fitters were really friendly and helped me with any questions I had.

I would avoid almost 6 months and still waiting for 2 rooms for the fitter too turn up. Call the contact centre all they do is book another appointment for him not to come.

We are sorry to hear that you have been left frustrated by the length of time this has taken. We fully appreciate that waiting this long for the remaining rooms to be completed is not the experience we want for our customers.
There has unfortunately been a delay with this installation. However, we would like to clarify that the initial delay was due to issues with the condition of the subfloor, which was the customer’s responsibility to rectify before the flooring could be fitted. This understandably affected the original installation schedule.
That said, we recognise that there have been further delays since then and that the overall timescale has been far longer than it should have been. We also understand the frustration caused by having appointments rearranged and not seeing the installation completed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and are continuing to work towards resolving the outstanding installation as quickly as possible.

Great quality flooring very reasonable affordable prices agent that came to see me was excellent and very helpful all made easy by being about to afford quality flooring paid on a monthly basis also they save you the hassle of having to find your own fitters everything is done for you including free underlay and door bars easipay carpets is a first class company used them several times and will be again very soon I'd rate these 10/10 I'm one very happy customer

Avoid Avoid they lied about everything
Completely lied about everything that advertised on their website had my deposit and initial payment four months later still waiting for carpet and flooring to be fitted. They cancelled several fitting appointments and try blaming me and wanting to come out at 8:30 in the evening to a terrace house with oap neighbours absolute preposterous…Also blatantly refused to give me a refund due to the so called “ non-refundable” policy which is null and avoid by law under the consumer rights act because they are the ones in breach of contract and they’re legally obligated by law to do so avoid this company as much as you can. You’re most likely lose your money or will have to fight through the courts to get it back, “not”easiy pay take advantage of vulnerable people complete, escalated to trading standards for unfair and unlawful trading practices their own website states later on if things change we can also adjust a payment. We are here to help that is a lie. The only ones they’re interested in helping is themselves and their own back pocket. see you in court.

We do, however, disagree with the suggestion that we have failed to uphold our contractual obligations or simply refused to arrange your installation.
As explained to you directly, fitting appointments had previously been cancelled at your request. Subsequently, there were also payment arrears on the account, meaning the agreed payment schedule was not being maintained. This affected our ability to proceed with a further installation date.
We have kept you informed throughout and have explained the reasons for the changes to the fitting arrangements. We remain willing to fulfil the agreement and complete the installation in accordance with the terms agreed, subject to the account being brought up to date.
We have responded to your concerns directly and will continue to deal with the matter through the appropriate channels rather than discuss individual account details publicly.

Amazing flooring very happy already want kitchen doing. got told by the man that came to measure to only rip the carpet up not underlay Tom H was amazing and ripped it up for me and fitted flooring perfectly! hope to have him again… don’t get me wrong takes ages for the appointment for them to come fit it!

Cowboys …
Absolutely no problems with them taking the money all ran smoothly, until they came to fit the floor and left it damaged , I’ve asked them to fix it and they basically saying I’m lying and I’ve damaged the floor and won’t fix it !! It is what it is attitude isnt very good customer services , I have contacted trading standards today and opened a case with them , I have got to wait a few more weeks to get the omubusman involved!! Theyve just mugged off someone who knows the law and consumers rights !!
Also the sales guy will tell u anything to get a sale , told me I didn’t need to adjust my doors and I was left with no doors on , when I told them they didn’t care !! And told me it wasn’t a fire hazard to have no doors on ( the council will tell u something completely different)
Very unhappy just paid 800 quid for a floor that’s been damaged since the day they did it and they don’t care and accusing me of lying 😡 absolute disgrace 😡 we will see what the omubusman says , there refusal to repair could result in me getting all my money back , which I think is just stupid seeing as there is a slat here they can replace it with 🤦🏻♀️

I did not cause any accidental damage to the flooring, and it is highly disappointing that your inspection has attempted to shift the blame onto me rather than addressing the clear issues with the installation.Regarding the doors, the issue is directly related to how the flooring was fitted, which has impacted their functionality.As you have stated you are happy to cooperate with third parties, I will now be escalating this matter formally to Trading Standards and the relevant Ombudsman to seek an independent assessment. I welcome the opportunity to have an unbiased third party review your photographic evidence alongside my own.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome, however, we would like to clarify the position for anyone reading this review.
Following the concerns raised, we attended the property and carried out a full inspection of the flooring. Having inspected the damage, our findings were that this was accidental damage and not a fault with the flooring installation. We have therefore based our response on the findings of our inspection rather than refusing to address the issue.
We also have photographic evidence of the completed installation taken on 20 August, which forms part of our records.
In relation to the doors, the signed contract clearly confirms the agreed responsibility for door clearances. This is therefore not something we have ignored or refused to deal with; our position is based on the terms of the signed agreement as well as our inspection findings.
We appreciate that the customer is disappointed that our inspection did not reach the conclusion they were hoping for. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage which our inspection has established was accidental and was not caused by our installation.
We are happy to cooperate fully with Trading Standards, an ombudsman, or any other appropriate third party and provide the relevant documentation and evidence if requested.
