Purchased a new set of upgraded headlights. Despatched quickly and extremely well packed. Excellent product and good value. Had a small issue during installation which was entirely my fault. Customer support was excellent and very quick to assist. Headlights now installed and working perfectly. Highly recommended

I purchased a Ford Ranger Tiger Double Spoiler Bar from Eagle 4x4 in October 2024. Within 18 months, the finish has begun severely bubbling and flaking due to corrosion originating underneath the paint surface. This is a clear factory defect from poor metal preparation, not wear and tear or stone chips.
I would have expected an exterior 4x4 accessory should be durable enough to last longer than two winters.
I emailed a complaint to Eagle 4x4 with clear photographic evidence on April 21st and sent a follow up a month later. Eagle 4x4 has completely ignored both messages. Disappointing product quality, but even worse after-sales support. Avoid if you value basic customer service.
