Terrible customer service. My ITCA IDP was rejected in the car rental company. I asked for a refund and they said there is no proof. They finally agreed on a partial refund minus 30%, but went MIA and has ignored all my emails since. I have yet to receive a refund and could not get a refund from the car rental too. Do not purchase from them!!

Steve was a very fast and speedy help in getting my IDP in 15 min!

It's a bad agency... There IDP not valid in Europe... They asked, it valied but absolutely not... Wasted my time and money ₹6400. I not suggest these types of agencies ever.. if any one have doubt I will give proof of polish government reply when I submitted idp.

Company promised an IDP acceptance within 15 minutes and email docs within 1 hour. Failed. Claimed refund to company through paypal and then had an email the next day after it was too late. lost my car rental as a result. When I aksed for support on WhatsApp they were closed and then abused me when I asked for a refund.
I have full evidence including screenshots from WhatsApp to provide Trustpilot, Paypal and my credit card company.
I disputed with Paypal and they've found in my favour and given full refund. Thank you Paypal!

Steve and the service was very fast and efficient. I was afraid the soft copy wouldn’t work to rent a car, but it worked perfectly and was accepted in Germany! Thank you so much, really saved our trip!

This has been a really quick and smooth process. Steve has been helpful in updating and educating me about the process. I have never been so happy about anything then I am right now and all thanks to ITCA.

I made a mistake and forgot to add the rush option to my order. And I was a little bit panicked since we were flying out within the next 3 hours. Luckily, I was able to call Steve and he made sure I got my email copy within 30min. Thanks for making this happen.

Actually I’m applied for a wrong category of ITCA card.Then when I know that suddenly I send them a msg for them.

Spoke to John on a Saturday afternoon, who guided my through the application form. By Tuesday I received the hardcopy and was delighted how quickly it had arrived. Would recommend to everyone. Amazing job.

I was stopped by police and due to a recent rule change the IDP became mandatory in the country I was visiting without my knowledge. I was lucky enough to find the ITCA website and applied for an emergency IDP which I received promptly. Suffice it to say they helped me avert a major crisis and severe complications with the police. Excellent customer service.

They were closed(not so clear what time zone they are basing working hours off of) so my application wasn't being answered in the 15 minutes as the site promised. However, someone answered through the phone number listed for whatsapp(link didn't work and calling the number with phone didn't work, but copy/pasting the number into whatsapp did). The man who helped let me know they were closed, but he called a center to see if they could put my international license through since I ordered to be "urgent". It took another half an hour, but they sent it by email and I was able to rent the car I had paid for, but denied because I didn't have the International license(Spain).

So, website a bit unclear, but their service was great and it worked for me!
