A very high additional Vat toll fee charges (5,- on top of 7,- shipping for a poster!) were on my package which I given this circumstance didn’t pick and. There was no willingness to help - I justifiziere sent the same standard reply twice.
When I asked to return my oder - they refused to accept and refund at least the initial poster price!
Very bad communication style, very unhelpful company policy! Can’t recommend anyone to order here

In se le felpe e magliette non sono male, mi aspettavo più precisione nel rispetto delle misure indicate Peccato che per ogni articolo ordinato abbia dovuto pagare le tasse doganali che il sito non ha menzionato. Oltretutto potevano anche mandare una sola spedizione per pagare le suddette tasse in un unica volta.

Unfortunately I did not get exactly one tee shirt I ordered. I selected the "Mom Nana" but did notice the switch was done at checkout without my knowledge to "Mom Mimi". The 2nd tee was correct. The size of tee (XL) is not true to size. Cut smaller than average XL. Therefore, alterations will need to be done. The Mom Mimi tee may not get worn because I am not called Mimi but Nana.

I recently received my shirt and the sizing wasn't what I ordered, so I reached out to customer service and they sent the replacement in a hassle free manner. Very pleased with the service.
