I love this company. I ordered a shirt for my mom and it’s usually the size she wears. Well it was to small and I was gonna start a return. Instead they told me to reorder it for a bigger size and at no charge. I received the 2nd shirt and it is wonderful. The quality of the shirt is amazing as well. I love this shirt and will shop from them again.

Ordered my mother 2 shirts for Mother's Day and she absolutely loved them! Great quality - will def be ordering again soon.

I placed my order two months ago. I emailed 3 weeks ago asking for status update and haven’t received an update. Is this company a scam? I’m giving until Friday and then pursuing this matter. I will be reporting to BBS. I understand w what’s going on in world it could take longer but not to update or respond to your customer is uncalled for. Horrible horrible customer service. I have requested the company to cancel my order at this point. Don’t order from this company unless you just want to give them your money w no product. Sadly I’m not the only one having this issue per reviews. Please don’t be kind like me and wait for TWO MONTHS to give a bad review. Also shame on this company because I had ordered these shirts for my son’s funeral and they still haven’t sent. I told them I had to have by this date. Really two months???? I’m sorry for writing a novel I’m just really upset.

My mom has a very unique grandparent nickname (Gaga). This is the online site that I know of that has her name. My son was more excited than she was when we received our shifts. The shirts are great quality and the look amazing! I've referred several friends and family members to this site!

Great quality product. Not just a cheap t-shirt. Shipping took a little bit of time but once arrived my Mom was very happy with the quality of the shirt.

Unfortunately the shirts I ordered were not here by mother's day but I knew with everything going on in the world it would take a little bit to get here. I did however get a date they would arrive by. In all I ordered 11 shirts and have recieved them all and I absolutely love them! They are so cute and the fit is great! Regardless of when they arrived they were a great gift.

I placed my order a month ago and have not recieved my order or any recent updates regarding my order. Very disappointing, I am giving this a few more days and then I will have to contact the better business bureau. Keep people notified and even if it's late they are understanding. There is no person to speak to when you call your customer service number only a recording, This is not professional.

Took longer than I wanted it to cause the shirts I got were supposed to a mother's day presents for my mother and wife and didn't get them till well after, but when I did get them I was very impressed. Both shirts were great and mom and wife love them so I'm giving them a 3 star. Y'all need to get on the ball on the shipping .

Bad customer service! My shirt has been in the printing process for 3 weeks now, said it was suppose to ship out May 8th-22nd. Today is the 23rd still has not shipped. I’ve contacted customer support more then a few times asking how long does the printing process take and they keep avoiding the answer . Do not recommend!

Beautiful shirt! Our YaYa loved her one of a kind shirt. Took a little while to get here but everything seems to be taking longer with the pandemic going on. Our YaYa said it was well worth the wait. I’m still waiting one more to get here for our Nanny. Hopefully it’ll be here soon!

Have placed my order almost a month ago and have not received anything. Extremely disappointed-

My mom loved it and it even came a day early!!

I love my shirt! It fits perfectly and is so cute! It took a little while to receive it but I feel that’s because the company custom-makes each one according to special grandma names.

At first they didn’t have the name my kids call my mom. I sent them a msg asking if it was possible to get one with her name and they sent a msg right back saying here it is, we’ve added it, and click this link to get right there! Sweet! I ordered her one. It was either 4/23 or 4/24. Well Mother’s Day arrives and I still didn’t have her shirt. I sent them an email, just politely asking if it was still in the printing stage or if it was lost. They again sent me an email right back saying it was almost done, and should be here in about a week. Ok, not a problem. We received the order Friday, 5/15. So it did take a little longer than normal but with reduced staff and the problems of the world right now, my mom wasn’t disappointed that her gift wasn’t here on time.
The colors are wonderful, the print is perfect, and the size well, I donno if she’s tried it on yet, but it looked like it would fit her just right.
Overall very pleased.

I am extremely disappointed I ordered on the 4/14 and yet have not gotten my order I check my tracking number and it's still in printing i was hoping it would be here by mothers day but boy was i wrong i asked for a refund in which I was told that since it was processed they could not refund it. I will never use this company ever again nor will I reccomend anyone to them I understand about everything going on with covid-19 but when I see other people's reviews and the say they have already gotten there orders even during this.
