Your technician arrived just as my drains overflowed onto my patio he knew just where to look and within 5 minutes away it all went. He then back flushed the system leaving my drains doing just that and he couldn't have been nicer despite the rain.

Pete from Dyno-Rod West Midlands has literally saved a damsel in distress! 😂
While I was pegging my washing out, I noticed I had a blockage in the drain in my back garden. I called Severn Trent, who came out and explained that it wasn’t on their line and was a private household issue.
After contacting Dyno-Rod, they came out the very next day. Pete went above and beyond to explain every step of the process to me, and he had the blockage fixed instantly!
He was so helpful, professional and reassuring — and to top it off, he even cleaned my patio afterwards! 🙌🏼

Pete came to us today to sort out a slowly draining sink in our utility room. He sorted it quickly and at the same time took a look at our gulley which, when it rains, overflows into our garage. He found a blockage and took action to resolve it and avoid us having a serious flood. Really nice man, very efficient - highly recommended.
