I received a prompt call soon after logging a fault with my home insurance company by a friendly agent. The engineer came next day. He was very cheery and helpful. My only negative comment was that I would have appreciated an approximate arrival window for the engineer.

Radiator Repair
Engineer was booked, and rang about an hour before he turned up. Assessed the plumbing/radiator job gave me a reasonable quote and proceeded with the works. Would recommend Dyno without question, Excellent service.

Excellent Job
We had a leaking water stopcock tap under the kitchen unit in a very small place.
Cameron arrived very friendly and polite.
I did think the job would be easy and quick but it ended up taking a bit longer with the tap needed replacing. There was still a small leak but Camerons attention to detail was amazing. The pipe needed cutting and a new section adding all done working in a small space. The job was completed and well done, it took a little longer but you could tell he takes pride in the work he does, leaving the area clean and tidy. Cameron is a credit to the company.

Great service. Rhys was really lovely and polite. He informed me of every step he needed to take, tried to remove as little plasterboard as he could to save us additional work and cleaned up as he went.

Aggressive plumber…
As someone with autism I would like to warn people of the attitude of one of their plumbers,I was just watching him fix the toilet(3rd attempt by dyno rod) when he just stopped what he was doing and snapped at me whats your problem in a very aggressive manner. Then he went on to say I had attitude towards him,sorry if autism comes across as attitude but that Plumber seriously needs to go on a people skills course. Hopefully the leak is finally fixed. Overall a very disappointing experience by dyno rod.

The plumber came and asked what was the problem . I explained that we had a leek coming firm one of the taps and thatbi had isolated them and he replied thats all I would have done and that was it. I explained we're I think the leek was and all he said was it's the tap and you need a new one not even bothering to check if it was the problem. When itcwas checked by someone else the problem was not the tap but the nut on the flexible had come loose and just needed tightning and he wanted to charge £183 to install a new tap and check for leeks instead of doing a through check in the first place

We live in a rented property and the owners use Dyno-Rod for any issues I have found they arrive promptly, they call to confirm when they can get to you and arrive at that time. Even though we do not own the property they explain what is happening and why. If you own a property I would recommend Dyno Rod to you for repairs.
