We had an emergency plumbing issue. Dyno rod were very prompt in responding and Jay the plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my property. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently with as little disruption as possible. He was extremely efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending either Jay or Dyno Rod.

Jed was a sound lad and very good at his job. He sorted the leak out in me loft in about half an hour and changed the parts that were broken and replaced them. Done a great job.

Fixed the leak by a very friendy professional guy.
Very professional guy came today called' Carl A' as i reported a leak on my radiator.He rang to say he was on his way which I found very helpful so i could plan my day.Put protective shoes on for my carpets,came with all the protective equipment to put down.New valve was put on ,im so so happy as the other lad last week just put brown glue around & didn't test for a leak & off he went!!!.
Lovely friendly guy,was never rushed.

Called out via home emergency cover on AA insurance. A valve needed replacing in the cistern and the whole toilet needed to be removed from wall. Tradesman was friendly and efficient and carried out the job in very quick time. I did not know Dyno carried out this type of work but would certainly use them in the future.

Excellent service called at 12 noon to request emergency job was called at 12.30 to discuss correct allocation of plumber needed.
Plumber from Dyno Rod called 1.30pm to advise will be 1 hour by 2.20pm guy arrived very polite proessional respected property advised on leaking pipe replaced broken flexi pipe completed job left area clean and tidy guy left 2.50pm all done leak fixed with 3 hour brilliant service great staff well recommended 5 star service thankyou

The plumber that came was called Carl. He was excellent, so positive and sorted things out really quickly. He was honest and very effecient.
