Great comms and service
Good comms. Appointment confirmed day before and again on the day. Carl A then called when he was 20 minutes away.
Carl A, the engineer, was knowledgeable, polite, respected our home and was open to answer any questions.
He was efficient and friendly and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.
