Your technician was extremely efficient, helpful, courteous, patient giving me a very full explanation of the location of the leak really kind and thoughtful with an elderly lady
Delighted it was the same technician that came on both occasions
Workmanship the high best quality and an excellent ambassador for your company. Highly recommended.

Drain blocked
The engineer Ste Johnson rang to advise me when he was coming and arrived on time, within 30 mins of me making the call. He was really friendly and unblocked the drains and cleared up all the mess. The price I paid was as per the quote on the phone and Ste was knowledgeable, more than happy to answer all of my questions
and actually made the whole experience as nice as it can be. Highly recommend. Thanks to you Ste if you read this 😊

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Simon. He rang in advance and was understanding when I said I would be slightly delayed due to a work commitment. I was only 10 minutes later than expected but this wasn’t an issue for Simon. Simon then fitted my new kitchen taps in no time at all and constantly kept me updated with anything additional he needed to do. He was very sociable whilst working away and worked around my two dogs!! Simon tidied everything up after him and even took away my old tap. Quality service and we are very pleased with our newly fitted kitchen taps.
