Dyno-Rod - North East Anmeldelser

Barry was friendly and very helpful towards the problem. Offered various solutions to trying to resolve the issue. Very professional!

DynoRod arrived within 40mins of calling them. Quoted a price on the phone and that was what was paid after the job was done. Lads worked well together and the job itself was done within 20mins. A camera was used to locate the blockage which was due to a build up of rubble and cement from a new patio. Very pleased with everything overall. Would recommend to anyone.

Within an hour of calling, Wayne and Jake had arrived and fixed the problem. Very friendly and helpful guys, thank you so much!

Prompt efficient polite and friendly
Just what you need when the drain is blocked
Thant you

Carl S. arrived bang on time, listened to our problem of water dripping through our kitchen ceiling and identified the location of the condensate pipe leak immediately, even though it was in an awkward place under the upstairs boiler cupboard floorboards. Leak fixed, everything left tidy. Mrs H. is now happy. Cheers Carl, Top Bloke.

Called Dyno-Rod, spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to quickly arrange for someone to come.oit later that day, she also clearly explained the costs. Wayne arrived on time and was very friendly and chatty and it took him no time at all to clear the blockage and he left everything tidy before he left. Great service.

excellent service and plumbing expertice, especially ELLIOTTE who has been to us in stockton on tees a few times with a perfect job each time and spends time extra to help and advice, well done and especially to elliotte.

Easy to book an appointment. David came within the allocated time frame and was clear explaining cost and how he would investigate. He worked quickly to clear out our blockages, working systematically to ensure the drains cleared effectively. Mess was minimal and David cleaned up on completion of the job and explained DYNO guarantee. Would definitely recommend and would use again if required.

Had a blocked waste water drain that had suddenly started flooding the yard - Dyno-Rod came v. quickly and shoutout to Wayne who got it unblocked and sorted in 15 minutes.

After being let down by a "home maintenance" provider who seemed more interested in finding reasons not to do the job than actually fixing it, I called Dyno. The previous people told me the manhole covers couldn't be lifted and they only had 30 minutes per job. I felt completely unserved.
I rang Dyno at 1:00 PM. They gave me a clear price and Wayne arrived that same afternoon. He told me to "chill out," got straight to work, and lifted the "unliftable" manhole cover without a single complaint. Within 40 minutes, the drain was clear and he was on his way.
While others will give you a list of what they can’t do, won’t do, or don't want to do, Dyno just got the job done without the fuss. Great job, Wayne—thanks a lot, mate. You’re a credit to the team.

Wayne was very helpful: Advised on how to create an inspection panel should the smell not ho away and better access is needed in future.

I was visited today to have a filter installed on my boiler, the engineer was very friendly and respectful of my property, Carl S did a great job

Came out on a Sunday, prompt sevice, job done and cleaned up, cant fault it, thankyou so much.

Wayne did a great job. Phoned to give us an arrival time. Prompt and very efficient. Very friendly and informative throughout.

They solved my problem yesterday very good people and skilful.

The booking process was straightforward. I was given a date and time slot for the work to take place. On the day Paul phoned to give me an estimated time of arrival. After he was shown what the problem was he explained the processes that would take place and got on with the work. After it was completed he explained what the problem had been and what he had done to resolve it. The invoice was sent a few minutes afterwards. An impressive 5 star experience for an unpleasant problem!
