Dyno-Rod - Essex Anmeldelser

Arrived promptly. Quickly cleared the blockage. Polite and friendly.

Arrived the next day following the initial call. Specified after 2.30pm. He came as promised with a phone call before to say he was on the way. The only thing that would have made me give 5 stars was the fact he didn't have a camera on his van as the call operator said he would.

Excellent work Dyno Man. Know his work and resolved outside sewage block issue within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Turned up polite courteous & promptly did the job in hand..

Very polite and helpful, would use again.

Very polite and friendly engineers, did their job quickly and efficiently, and left the place very clean. I'm very happy with the service.

So quick, came out within an hour of calling, and cleared the drains within 15 mins of being on site

I waited 2 hours for an “emergency plumber” who couldn’t help but still charged me £180. Then I rang Dyno Rod, 1 hour later he arrived and sorted the problem. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced, loved his work, so happy to have met Stuart, exemplary, top bloke, massive asset to Dyno Rod, shame he is a Spurs fan 🙄 and not a Liverpool Fan 😎but you can’t always have perfection. Cheers Stuart, you da man 👍😎 thank you 🙏 go the Reds 👍😎😂😂😂 Alan

We phoned on a Monday evening and

I had a serious problem and because of my strange plumbing the guys that came out couldn’t do the job until a huge thorny bush was removed. They kindly waited half an hour while I got a neighbour and his chainsaw to remove said bush. The blockage was then cleared and all my pipe work made good again. Highly recommend if you have a blockage.

2 men arrived exactly when they said. Explained the work involved to my husband. Helpful and polite at all times. Thank you Marilyn

I phoned about midday and 2 lovely men arrived an hour later and cleared our pipe within half hour, despite it being an awkward job they were very happy and just got on with it.
I was very happy with their service and can’t recommend them enough.

Two very pleasant helpful engineers. Rang at 7.30am to say they would be arriving in half an hour for which I was grateful as booking was for anytime between 8 - 1pm.

Very quick and efficient. Same day service as my call. Nice people on the phone and very helpful engineers!

Stewart was professional and served with a smile five stars all round .

The guys phoned when on their way so I had a clear idea of time, they were really polite and explained exactly what they were doing and showed me what the problem was and the solution. They worked hard and tidied everything up at the end of the job. I couldn't fault them at all.

Excellent service from Dyno Rod Basildon. Drain problem resolved, thank you.

Can’t fault the service! Quick response, good communication and friendly operatives.
