While I thought the service was good while he was here, Cary promised that he would get someone from the office to call me back that afternoon to arrange a more detailed investigation with what’s causing our loo blockage. That was 3 days ago and I have still not received the call.

Booked for a call our to unblock the bathroom pipes. Friendly guy named Cary, was confident he could get it done, and with me as an extra pair of hands, sure enough we did. Even helped to clean up as much as he could before he moved onto his next waiting customer. Excellent service, came well equipped and persevered like a true professional.

Two great guys attended a blockage in our storm water sewer at the rear of the house. They diagnosed that the fault was with the soakaway and cleared as much as they could. The equipment was up to the task that were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend any day.

Both engineers polite & friendly and even though couldn’t guarantee work ( through no fault of theirs) gave me plenty of advice as what we needed to do next.
