Steve was very helpful. Steve demonstrated his knowledge and experience by finding another chamber in our front garden which we didn't know even existed. By finding the chamber he was able to fix the issue with our toilet.

Excellent service with a special mention to Tom and his partner who work in Wandsworth SW London who unblocked my drains. They were both courteous, professional and extremely thorough in unblocking both my front and rear drains. They were both a credit to Dyno-Rod and exceeded customer expectations. well done guys. The engineer was extremely helpful

Very pleased with the service provided. Unblocked the outside drain quickly and tested it explaining that the pipes may need further scouring in the future.

The guys were very helpful and courteous did a thorough job, if I need to have anything else done like this in future would use Dyno rod without hesitation

I last used Dyno Rod in 2021 and the service was excellent then and still is.

We had a very thorough experienced man called Austin turn up and he worked his way backwards through the problem and work out the cause and at 1st it looked like it wouldn't get fixed, but he was persistent and cleared the blockage.
Before he left he gave a complete break down of what to do to stop it happening again.

Very prompt attendance out of hours just after Christmas to a what had been a gushing leak from upstairs to downstairs through the ceiling & the cupboards all of which were damaged. Michael has been a number of times previously over the years & for him personally I have been so appreciative of his knowledge, skills , courtesy & professionalism. He never leaves the house until he has understood & resolved every issue relating to the problem or suggested & agreed a plan to return if a follow up or parts are needed. He is terrific and I’ve always found him to be the same; he remembers what he was called out for to us on previous occasions which, given how many jobs he must be called out to, is very impressive.
