Beautiful jewellery. I was amazed at how such lovely pieces could be so reasonable. The gift packaging was very luxurious. Thank you.

I’d love to say my purchase is fab , but 8 days after buying they still haven’t shipped

Quick delivery bought for a Christmas present beautiful packaging fabulous necklace and earrings very happy with this purchase as all my orders from dylan oaks

Order arrived within a reasonable time
Packaging is lovely and free stud earrings are a little on a small side,I saw hoops were the free option with other initial necklaces which would have been a nicer option because of their size,be nice to have the option of which style customer would like.

This is a Christmas gift for a friend and I know she will be very happy with it, it’s a beautiful set!

Absolutely beautiful Christmas present for my Sister-in-law. The packaging is outstanding. Thank you

My nieces chain had broken and only got it 8 weeks ago only wears it on her days off work , I contacted Dylan oaks and they were fast reply they are sending me replacement and can’t thank them enough for there service top class 👌

This is my 2nd time to get chains from Dylan oaks, delighted with both, beautiful gifts for my daughters, great quality.

Purchased a bar chain recently in liffey valley store. On returning home i found 2 names crooked, a scratch on the chain and one name upside down. I rang store and was told to contact customer service by email. They gave me the wrong email and i had to ring back again. Clearly staff havnt a clue and dont care. One star is too high even.

I bought two of the double heats necklace which are lovely had them both engraved but my god you’d need the biggest magnifying glass to see it

I love the gifts I chose 🎁 for family members, because they are from the heart ♥️

Ordered online and had it in about 3 days. It's a beautiful ring, but the spikes are quite sharp and keep catching on things, which can make it quite painful to wear daily.

I ordered the Classic Diamond Ring in Gold online. I've viewed it before in the Liffey Valley shop and decided yes, I'd be happy to Pay €89.00 for the ring.
It arrived yesterday along with huggies.
I was so disappointed at the plastic ring that showed up. Something that I would get in Pennys for €8, never mind €89.00.
As I have bought Rings, Necklaces and Earrings from Dylan oaks before I expected Quality, not costume plastic.
I will be returning the ring, and buing all my jewellery in store from now on, if at all.

I purchased these Huggies for my mother for her 50th wedding anniversary. She absolutely loves them and has got numerous compliments while wearing them. Excellent service and delivery with this company. I will buy again.

Thank you so much Caitlin. Absolutely delighted to receive the hoop earrings by courier this morning. They’re perfect.
I so appreciate the replacement of the hoop that stopped closing. They are so pretty and I look forward to wearing them again!

After an initial hiccup, I contacted customer service who were on the ball and helped me fix it. They were top notch. The necklace is gorgeous and I wld have no hesitation in recommending them or shopping here again. Thanks again

Absolutely love them thank you
