Over the years I have been slowly having all my old film camera negatives scanned to digital CD (and there's been tens of thousands of them!). In England 35mm transfer isnt a problem but I struggled to find a place in the UK that did 110mm & Disc Camera film negatives. The 110mm negs were from around 1983 & the disc camera films were from 1986 and had never been developed.
I Found DVD Your Memories online and sent them around 10 old disc camera films and several strips of 110mm negs. Almost all of the original 110mm neg photos were lost & forgotten about decades ago.
So I sent them all to DVD YM by registered signed for air mail.
They informed me a week after receiving them that all had been cleaned & transferred and were ready to be sent back to me once online payment was made.
So I paid for my order and a few days later all the old negs arrived with the scans on CD. The images were brilliant! I Went for the highest resolution possible so the scans were really big, large enough to get poster size prints off. Also they were really easy to edit on my PC with windows photo editing software or photoshop.
Removing lines or dirt specs/scuffs that were on the original damaged negatives from the digital scans was really easy and fun to do! It turned out the disc films were all of the band NEW ORDER that I had taken of them live in concert in Wolverhampton and Brighton in March 1986.
I Would highly recommend this store for your digital transfers. They do all types of film including old cini film too.
