Terrible service, 45 minutes late so missed our connecting train, smelled like a bathroom, horrendous experience and worse customer service.

The bathroom is full of urine on the floor and everywhere, horribly wet everywhere, it’s not accessible… the whole bus stinks of urine and ever corner is DIRTY. The driver doesn’t show any empathy nor the possibility to stop to allow me to pee in a bathroom or even in the field. Horrible, not acceptable

Get on this bus every single day and it’s genuinely DISGUSTING — ur bus stinks of urine and it’s every SINGLE one I get on. It’s a genuine joke. Every single bus I get on which is DAILY it smells so SO bad. I literally cannot breathe in your bus without gagging its actually disgusting. And the fact that it’s the smell of urine aswell is 10 times worse. Clean your bathroom on the bus and stop letting people sit in urine smells. It’s disgusting. Actually vile. I don’t know how the hell someone hasn’t done something about this yet because this isn’t just a one time thing it’s EVERY bus of yours I get on. And what the hell is with your drivers being so rude? Every single time I have a ticket and every single time I get treated like I’m after sneaking onto your bus. The rudeness and the smell is diabolical.

Hello.I booked 3 tickets last 2 weeks ago and my husband was sick and we can go and we don’t use tickets.
Last year was available 30 days for travelling but this year not .They said you lost the money,25€ .We can’t give refund.
I want to write , I don’t RECOMMEND GREEN BUS COACH 300 they aren’t kind and all the time late ,never on time .
Last month I waited 1hour .😡🤬

No 15.15 service from Dundrum arrived. Tracker not working. Phone not answered. The days of non accountability are over. Won't be using service again. Doesn't deserve to be 8n business

Bus was on time so no complaints with that and the driver was pleasant however from the moment I stepped on the bus it stank of urine! Absolutely terrible! No air con working. I sat by and open window but had to endure the smell for the entire trip from Kilkenny to Cork which made me feel sick.
This isn't right, please for decencies sake, clean your buses!

Worst bus service in the country.

I was getting a bus from Naas to Dublin airport. I needed to be at the airport for 2pm so I said I’d get the bus at 11:55 to be there on time.

The first bus did not arrive at all, the second bus arrived at 1:30 when it was scheduled to arrive for 12:55

The customer contact number is useless and does not put you through to anyone. I contacted their email and eventually got a useless email back not compensating in any way and told me to keep an eye out for the next bus.

The condition of the buses are terrible, they regularly break down, the seating are ripped and have drawings on them and rubbish is frequently left around the bus.

The drivers barely speak good enough English to explain themselves and why they’re late, and they are also are rude and unapologetic for their incompetence.

The app for tracking is useless and the time for arrival can be changed at a whim. So if it is to arrive in 20mins it can be 40mins-1hour

If possible, share a taxi, carpool, get another service to Dublin and get to the airport from there because it’s not worth risking being late for, even if you think you’re leaving at a good time.

Stay clear, do not use this “service”

Not one to complain, however the cleanliness of the bus was appaling, for going to & returning. The toilets were so bad I couldn't us them. Also no air conditioning, no windows for adequate ventilation, this was not good for my Mum, being an asthmatic. I really hope these issues can be improved.

I used this bus for the first time this week from the Airport to Dundrum. It was very confusing waiting for the bus at the airport and it was not clear which bus was the one we were wanting as it was not clearly marked. However, despite it being an old and bumpy bus, certainly not comfortable, it did get us there.

Today, we waited for the bus back to the airport. There were 4 groups of people waiting for this bus. It simply did not turn up. One of the other people waiting told me that this was no unusual so she always aims to get to the stop for the bus an hour before she needs to leave so if it doesn't turn up she can get the next one. We didn't want to take the risk of the bus an hour later not turning up so we took a taxi for 60 euro. Other people also took taxis.

I will never use this company again due to it being so unreliable. When travelling to catch a flight you can't afford to risk a bus not turning up and being late to the airport.

Will never use bus again on a hot day the heat was on in bus and the driver said it couldnt be turned off also smell of fumes from same and on the radio a few weeks praising how service had improved they don't answer phones such bad customer service got sick from heat been on there should have been air conditioning not heat

Did you know there's toilets at Red Cow? They're just around the corner from the bus stops, you can see them from the Luas stop. You're gonna need them with Dublin Coach because you're going to get very familiar with Waiting for Godot in this blasted wasteland of an interchange. Cowboy service, always late, frequently dirty. God help you if you have a connection. 20 million buses to Limerick but if you're trying to get to Cork, Waterford or Kilkenny, it's only every two hours. Literally just take the train

Took the bus from Newbridge in Kildare to the airport. Weather was over the 20⁰s, no air-conditioning! Spoke to the driver and all I got was "I switched it on but it didn't work" Mind you, these buses are not equipped with windows. So zero ventilation! We got off at Naas with no refunds as the journey became unbearable . This is17May2025

Their service is absolutely appalling, 726 to Portlaoise, stopping at Red Cow Luas, Driver informed customers that he would NOT be stopping at the Red Cow Luas, no reason, he was just not going to stop, he was extremely rude, ended up getting a taxi, would NOT recommend to anybody.

Really not the type of person to complain but this service is an absolute joke. As a service provider if you advertise a time it’s not unreasonable to expect it to be there at that time, I can understand traffic but waiting an hour, half an hour or even two hours for a bus is ridiculous. The bus smells terrible as well.
Wish something would be done or at least some accountability can be taken. Unfortunately if someone is taking a bus they need to be somewhere and cannot be waiting hours

Waited for the bus and didn’t come for two hours. Rang the office some man told me that the bus will Come in ten minutes second time I called he told me that the bus has passed which it never came. Asked for a refund or help was told to email as there’s no one who can assist me. If you can’t do your job well then just don’t do it. Some of us missed flights and money because of this bus today. So I did kindly ask you refund me as soon as possible.terrible service

Was sitting at a bus stop waiting for the green bus and in front of me was another bus stop for the green bus, waited for an hour for a green bus to show up at my stop and still nothing, three green buses opposite of my stop showed up, no green bus showed up at my stop, make it make sense, fix this joke you call a service

Worst transportation I have ever used. It's always at least an hour late if not longer. They are branded as green buses and recently started using white buses (with no Dublin coach branding) and didn't update customers which has led to people missing buses. Iarnoid Eireann or Bus Eireann are much more reliable for transport. Avoid using Dublin coach at all costs.

This bus company are completely unreliable. They have increased their prices and reduced the quality of their service. Very often it does not arrive when it says it will, or it shows up in a tiny shuttle with not enough space for new passengers.

Do not take this bus to the airport. You could miss your flight.

Booked and paid for tickets in advance Kilkenny to Waterford. Got to destination no problem but no bus turned up for the return journey. I had to pay for 2 train tickets to get home. There was absolutely no communication from Dublin Coach to say bus would not run. But they had taken my money. Beware of this company
