Always extremely late 1 hr plus usually, bus dirty and smell like urine, drivers are rude and abusive and drive dangerously. Avoid at all cost

I have no idea who owns this airport coach bus company, but it's painfully obvious they don’t care about their bad reviews or improving their service. Nothing has changed in years, and unfortunately, I only discovered the negative feedback too late. I nearly missed my flights due to their complete lack of punctuality. Is the owner just cashing in while ignoring all the complaints? This is unacceptable for a service that travelers rely on, especially when the consequences are so high. To continue like this not only damages their reputation but also creates a bad image for the country. I do not recommend this service to anyone unless they do something about the quality, and make proper adjustments to their timetable based on true times.

What an awful experience.
Buses are falling apart, broken seats, no AC and windows sealed. Now imagine myself three hours stuck in traffic inside this bus, felt like in a horror movie.

Terrible service, used to be good, have used for years but will never use again. On the last 3 occasions Busses have not arrived. Ended up getting train yesterday and today driver of bus that arrived at my scheduled time said his was the later bus and my bus was not coming. He said he would have to prioritise ticket holders for that bus and for the earlier bus that also did not show!!! Absolute joke!!!!

If you need to go to the airport DO NOT get this bus, both times it was late. Coming from Dublin airport it was 15 minutes late then I had to transfer at the red cow and was left waiting in the cold for an hour to only receive an email when I was on the bus that it was running 30 minutes late. Then heading back to the airport, the bus arrived 30 minutes late but I was 1.15 minutes late arriving at the airport. Online it said I would arrive at 3.30 I arrived at 4.45 and had 15 minutes to run to my flight. Even with the bus being 30 minutes late at the start I still had to pay €31 one way, the aircon was broken and making a horribly loud noise, the bus was completely stuffed up with no air and roasting. I am studying abroad and have a TFI student travel card which wasn't topped up enough but I had no internet to top up the card, the driver wouldn't just accept my valid student card and I had to pay an adult price. This is more expensive than a train or other bus services to the airport. I would have been better off going to another city to get either city link or go bus which are always on time and I have never once had a problem with them. This service should not be running any buses to the airport if they can't even show up on time. Traveling is stressful enough without having to worry whether or not you will even make it to the airport for your flight.

Absolute disaster of a bus service, if you’re trying to get somewhere at a certain time don’t bother using their services as you won’t make it at all. App tells you a bus will be at the stop in 20 minutes and an hour and a half later it will show up. If I could give it no stars I would. Wouldn’t bother going with the bus again id rather take the train and hike to where I’m going as I’d get there faster by foot.

The bus had a dirty and unkempt appearance, particularly the upholstery was very torn and dirty looking. The driver was surly and unhelpful.

Your company is a failure. 726 bus at 2.30 am actually starts at 2.50 an and THEN gets us off at Red Cow in the rain to change to another bus.

Literally don't bother, their air trap was held open by 2 WATER BOTTLES.

This used to be a great service 10 years ago. It was cheap (which meant always full), well kept and clean buses, friendly staff and reliable. Now it is almost as expensive as the train, the interior of the buses are horrible and in need of repair, incredibly rude and disrespectful staff and insanely unreliable (timetables bear no relation to reality). Shockingly sad decline of a once great bus option

Awful. Timetables are fiction, don't trust them or use this service if you can avoid it at all. I definitely won't be.

To whom ever this may concern, I was on the 300 service to limerick today , upon boarding the bus with my friend ( companion ) i had told the bus driver i own a public service card to which i was rudely told “ I know you do” i have only recently gotten this card and wasn’t aware i had to scan it , the driver had absolutely no manners to which i could disregard maybe it was a worse day for him but as my friend boarded behind me he asked are you with her , she said yes to which she received a dirty look and turned his back around. I am appalled at the disrespect me and my friend felt , i urge you take responsibility for this or i will take further action as this is not my only bad experience with this service. Truly shameful

Awufl, the bus simply did not show up at the Dublin airport and we needed to take a taxi.

One star is too high!! Booked the 3.30pm for yesterday Saturday the 17th. Arrived at the bus stop at 3.15. Tracked the bus and it was showing as parked up in an area near the Aquadome in Tralee. 3.30pm came and went. By now there were all ages including young, middle aged and elderly. Finally at 5.15pm the bus pulled in. Tracker on the app is never accurate! This was my second time using the service, exactly two weeks before that at the same time the bus was 45 minutes late. But this time it was almost 2 hours late. Bus driver was rude and not one bit happy to be behind the wheel. I then had to apologise to the woman behind me because my seat was broken and kept slipping backwards towards her lap. Bus driver had a heavy aggressive manner of driving and I thought I’d throw up. Bus was filthy and smelt horrible. Leave at least 6 hours before your expected time of arrival so you don’t end up late. Nothing on the app to inform people how late it was going to be. Bus Éireann may be more expensive but it’s a far superior service and that says it all!!!! Avoid avoid. If using Dublin coach put some sort of protective on your Be careful your luggage when putting it underneath. My son had his destroyed with urine and excrement using the same service a few weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding that. Terrible terrible service that o wouldn’t recommend to a soul 🤮🤬😡

Both my family members have used this big green bus to get to the airport and back and they had the most awful trips at different times and days. The bus was late, it was extremely hot inside, the engine warning light was on, the air pressure warning light was on, one headlight was not working. On another bus, there was no air con and the roof light had been jammed open using an old coke bottle and a sliver of wood. It was also filthy inside all the buses they travelled. One double decker had an electric panel exposed upstairs. Disgraceful. This company / bus service should be closed down! It is UNSAFE for people and families!

The heating was on upstairs even though it is the middle of summer, it was incredibly hot so had to move downstairs. Had initially avoided that because the toilet smelled so bad. The toilet didn’t flush and floor was wet. Nearly an hour late arriving into Dublin.

Useless service, do not rely on them. The bus is supposed to go every hour from Ennis to Limerick. Timetables mean nothing. They used to be good when they started operating, management need an overhaul.

Having dealt with them years ago, it shocks me to see that they're not only still operating but also providing a terrible excuse for service.

My matter was never resolved by them and left me out of pocket.

Read the reviews and boycott dodgy business practice.

I had booked a ticket online to go from Limerick to Ennis on June 15th. I arrived at the bus stop at 4.10pm to get the 4.30pm bus but it never showed up. I tried to ring their office but there was no answer. I eventually gave up waiting at 5.10pm as I had an appointment I needed to attend and had to make alternative travel arrangements at a much greater cost to me. I subsequently contacted Dublin Coach to request a refund but they refuse to provide this despite me paying for a service that they did not provide.

Not worth it - seek other alternatives (any other bus company or the train) - Always very late - last time I was on it it broke down on the motorway due to it running out of petrol - which to me is baffling.

750 bus from Dublin Airport to Dundrum simply didn’t show up. No communications. Rang the office repeatedly, a driver for a different route shrugged and told us “they don’t answer the phones…” No response to emails. Would never use again, zero trust that the service is in any way dependable.
