the best thing for me about DS colour labs is how easy they are to deal with. I just uploaded my images and they did the rest. I received my printed images 2 days later as promised. Overall this is one of the best online image printing i have dealt with, 5 stars all the way,

Brilliant service
Even though I ordered a large size low resolution print DS Labs did a fabulous job! Beautiful photo, arrived in less than 48 hours and safely packaged in a strong tube with tissue paper protection. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent service
Having used DSCL in the past for some print jobs and noticing they did film processing I sent some 120 transparency films I found that I had taken nearly 20 years ago.
The ordering process was simple and I sent the films off.
I was informed when they had received them and was kept informed of the progress.
Turnround was very quick and the processed films were securely packed to avoid damage.
Overall, very good service

Excellent service
Excellent service, easy to place order and good communication re order status throughout. I’d found an old camera with a 126 film still inside. It had been there at least 20 years yet DS were able to produce some of the photos which held special memories. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Colours of prints were really off
Colours of prints were really off. Prints were also too dark. I tried to complain but was told prints were fine so nothing would be done.

Excellent service….
I was very pleased with the colour quality of my prints, but unfortunately the Royal Mail didn’t follow the instructions on the packing envelope of ‘Do not Bend’.. & so it had a large crease in it from squeezing it through the letter box & the A4 print was therefore damaged.
I called DS & they immediately said they would right then do another print of it & put it in stronger packaging.
I received it undamaged this time as the Postman left it on the doorstep.
Thank you DS for your Excellent Customer Service. Highly recommended.

Amazing Service
I am simply amazed at the service I received from DS Colour Labs.
I uploaded 104 photos for printing last Monday morning,
by 11.50 am the next day Tuesday the printed photos were delivered back to me.
Very well packaged and good quality A4 photos.
