Partito un po’ all’avventura, ma grazie ai consigli del gruppo e alla presenza di tanti italiani qui, tutto è stato più semplice.

La clinica è davvero impressionante: struttura top, curata nei dettagli. Il dottor Serkan ha fatto il disegno personalmente e l’equipe è stata sempre precisa e attenta. Ho evitato l’anestesia in alcuni momenti per non gonfiarmi troppo. Dolore sopportabilissimo, e con anestesia zero.

Voto 10. Ora seguo le indicazioni della clinica e si punta a una bella ricrescita.

La clinica è molto bella e mi sono trovato molto bene. Lazaro mi ha spiegato tutto con calma e mi ha dato subito fiducia. Qui sono tutti molto professionali e ti spiegano tutti gli step da fare nel corso della terapia. Romena,Silvia parlano un italiano perfetto e mi sono trovato bene.
Ho anche fatto il trattamento exosome e prp prima dell’intervento. L’operazione in sé è stata molto lunga avendo impiantato 5 mila graft, molto faticosa ma alla fine ce l’ho fatta anche grazie alla pazienza dei traduttori che mi hanno aiutato.

L’esperienza è andata benissimo, tutti gentili e disponibili, la consiglio!

I genuinely had a great experience at Dr. Serkan Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic! From my first WhatsApp contact, to the surgery booking 2 weeks later in Istanbul, the payment, the airport pickup, the hotel booking, my entire clinic time with on-site translators (I had three different French-speaking translators that were all really nice who accompanied me throughout my entire time at the clinic during the first day visit and meeting with Dr. Aygin, the before/during/after my 6-hour surgery on the 2nd day, and the last meeting on the 3rd day). And more importantly the much appreciated 18 month follow-up on WhatsApp with a French speaking expert always available to answer my questions or worries (I didn't have any... :-)), and my monthly checkups at 1-month, 2-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 18-month marks with pictures I had to provide, getting in return a post-op consultation with follow-up treatment recommendation if required. I really felt well taken care of.

Today marks 18 months (1 year and a half) since my hair transplant and I'm super happy with the outcome... :-) The results looks really natural and I feel better than before.

I also want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of everyone I met.

PS: Coming from France, they provided on-site French translators without even asking me for it (someone speaking English would have been fine with me though). They were really thoughtful and kind. :-)

I recently visited the Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic and I couldn't be happier with how the entire process was handled. I first spoke with Hediye over the phone who talked me through everything. She spoke perfect English and understood all my concerns, explaining everything to me, putting me at complete ease.
The Logistics & Stay
The organization was top-notch right from the beginning. The VIP transfer was punctual and comfortable, taking all the stress out of navigating a new city. I stayed at the Ibis Hotel, which was incredibly convenient—it’s only about 100 yards from the clinic, making the walk to and from appointments effortless, especially on the day of the procedure. On the day 1 at the clinic I was greeted by Hediye’s friendly smile and taken into what can only be described as one of the most stunning art galleries I’ve seen.

A huge shoutout to my translator, Yasin. He was absolutely brilliant—professional, friendly, and always there to ensure nothing was lost in translation. Having someone like Yasin by my side made the medical consultations and the procedure itself feel much more relaxed and clear.

To start, this is a very successful business with a high volume of customers. Do NOT let that put you off. The whole process was exceptionally well run from collection at the airport to drop off. The procedure itself will be no different from any other reputable clinic. But, it was how they look after you. Hotel great. Always on time. Staff lovely. Their English, and so many other languages perfect. I am almost 3 weeks post procedure. I am so happy. Follow the advice, vitally important. I highly recommend this clinic and its wonderful staff.

They’re incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything feels very curated to your needs and my medical consultant, Berk, was fantastic. He was available 24/7 which is great if you’re coming from abroad and need extra support. I highly recommend them!

Après une enquête approfondie, j'ai sélectionné cette clinique. La prise en charge était très bien. Peut-être un peu usine mais il y avait du monde donc je peux comprendre. 5200 greffons pris sur la tête, le cou et le torse. 9h d'opération (c'est très long). Mais aucun regret. La zone vertex n'est pas aboutie encore mais c'est bien mieux qu'avant l'opération. Je le conseille à ceux pour qui vivre avec calvitie est un problème.
