Magique ! Ayant eu une première opération FUE dans une autre clinique précédemment avec un résultat discutable, je n'étais pas motivé à une nouvelle opération. Une connaissance m'a communiqué les coordonnées de cette clinique pour une intervention DHI. Après 21 mois, et une intervention parfaite, des équipes professionnelles et un accompagnement exemplaire. Je suis ravi du résultat ! Je n'aurai jamais imaginé cela. Je peux que vous conseiller cette établissement et probablement à mon fils qui commence à perdre également ses cheveux. La mia esperienza con la clinica Dr Serkan é stata fantastica. Premetto che sono una persona molto ansiosa e che non ama sottoporsi a nessun tipo di intervento in generale, però qui veramente mi hanno trattato nel migliore dei modi e fatto vivere l’intervento nella maniera più tranquilla possibile. I ragazzi sono stati tutti super professionali e gentili, un ringraziamento a Ettore con cui ho avuto i primi contatti, e che mi ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, rispondendo in maniera chiara a ogni mia domanda o dubbio. Grazie anche a Carlo che ci ha seguito in clinica, a Maria che mi sta seguendo nel post intervento e alla dottoressa Selen che ha eseguito l’intervento. L’intervento é stato praticamente indolore, clinica super moderna pulita e organizzata, mi ha stupito positivamente come qualche giorno post intervento sia stata la clinica a cercarmi per sapere come andava se stavo bene e se avevo bisogno di qualcosa… un servizio davvero di alto livello dalla A alla Z.
Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla, spostamenti, albergo clinica tutto organizzato da loro in maniera davvero precisa e puntuale. Sono super contento di aver eseguito l’intervento, per il risultato é ancora troppo presto, aggiornerò la recensione fra qualche mese quando vedrò il risultato finale.

Professional experience and realistic expectations – highly recommended!

​Shortly after contacting the Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic via WhatsApp, I was put in touch with Mr. Berk Cetin. He was my guide throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages on WhatsApp to personal support at the clinic. I was very glad to have such a competent and friendly contact person who speaks excellent English. Thank you very much for that!
​Since much has already been written here regarding the general procedures at the clinic, I won’t repeat those details.
​However, I would like to address some of the negative reviews I’ve read regarding the hairline. I think some people fail to realize that Dr. Serkan Aygin is not David Copperfield; he works with the donor material available and achieves the best possible result. Some people show up with photos from their youth and expect the exact same hairline they had back then. They don’t seem to understand that a hair transplant does not increase the total amount of hair; it redistributes it.
​If the hairline is set too low, too many grafts must be harvested, which risks thinning out the donor area at the back of the head or resulting in low density at the crown. Dr. Serkan does not make such mistakes. If you want that, you’d have to go to a "botch job" clinic, of which there are plenty in Istanbul. I am well aware that you can get a transplant for half the price elsewhere, but when it comes to my head, I only trust the best.
​My surgery was virtually painless, and everything went exactly as it should. The only uncomfortable part was having to remain still for 6.5 hours, but there is no way around that—you just have to push through it!

Ho appena concluso il mio percorso di trapianto di capelli e posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, di aver fatto la scelta giusta.

Fin dal primo contatto ho trovato un’organizzazione impeccabile: ogni fase è stata gestita con estrema precisione, dalla consulenza iniziale fino al post-operatorio. La clinica si è dimostrata altamente professionale, attenta e sempre disponibile a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio, facendomi sentire seguito e tranquillo in ogni momento.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutta l’équipe medica: competenti, scrupolosi e molto attenti ai dettagli. Durante l’intervento mi sono sentito in mani sicure, con uno staff che trasmette grande esperienza e sicurezza, qualità fondamentali in un percorso del genere.

Ma il vero valore aggiunto, per me, è stato il referente italiano, Ettore. Fin dal primo istante si è distinto per la sua professionalità, disponibilità e cordialità. Mi ha accompagnato passo dopo passo, sempre presente, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a gestire ogni aspetto organizzativo con grande precisione. È raro trovare una persona così attenta e umana allo stesso tempo.

Consiglio questa clinica a chiunque stia valutando un trapianto di capelli: qui non si è solo un paziente, ma si viene seguiti con cura, rispetto e grande professionalità dall’inizio alla fine.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. 👏

Excellent experience, well organised - excellent staff

All in all I am happy with my experience it was smooth and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful throughout, however Dr Serkan only makes a very brief appearance and designs the hairline the rest is carried out by technicians who were all very friendly and looked after me well. There were a lot of people getting their hair transplant on the same day I’m not saying this is a bad thing but I did experience a bit of pain and my intravenous access had to be done twice and they had to call the anaesthetist to do it, also the aftercare kit is very expensive but is pretty essential and you are not told you can just buy the shampoo I had to ask and then it was much cheaper and ok. still now the work looks very clean and I’m in no pain at all and have been looked after well and I can’t wait to see the results as it is hard to comment how it will look from now. Also The place is very clean and accommodating and as of now I’m happy with the work done.

I highly recommend the hair transplant procedure at Dr. Serkan Aygin clinic. The quality, the way the procedure is performed, the staff’s communication, and the care and attention given to the patient are truly top-notch. It’s been 8 months since my procedure, and I’m very satisfied with the results. I’d like to thank everyone for the care and attention I received during my stay. The clinic has a friendly atmosphere and a real dedication to their work! Greetings to my caregiver Ali and the rest of the men and women in his team, who took wonderful care of me.

I got Tranplant from Dr Serkan Aygin clinic with a reference of one my friend who also got same treatment from here. I am really happy and fully satisfied with my treatment. Very nice atmosphere,great well trained staff and of course excellent experienced team of doctors.
