Dr Karen Morton and her team are exceptional. I came to them after experiencing recurrent miscarriages, and from the first appointment, Dr. Morton went above and beyond to make me feel heard and supported. She was instrumental in helping us get two endometrial biopsies done, providing insights that no one else had given and giving us hope and clarity during such a difficult time.

Her kindness, expertise, and ability to explain everything clearly made such a difference, and her team has been so professional and compassionate throughout. I can’t recommend Dr. Morton enough—she truly cares!!!

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Morton and her team. I’ve had questions answered day or night via the portal, phone calls for further discussions, next day blood results and immediate referrals. I’ve felt not only reassured but genuinely cared for and looked after when I have been unwell. I couldn’t recommend it more for fast and reliable answers and advice, particularly when your working hours don’t fit with the conventional 9-5 working times of a GP Surgery.

We have used doctor mortons for the past 6 years and it has been a godsend in providing prompt and effective advice, referrals and prescriptions. I can’t begin to imagine how many hours over the last 6 years we must have saved ourselves in waiting for a GP appointment. Thanks Dr Morton’s.

I don't often leave reviews but felt it would just be so wrong not to share my recent experience with Dr Morton's.

Dr Morton's has been absolutely wonderful for me. Having suffered from health anxiety for some time, there was an issue I was sitting at home worrying about. I contacted Dr Morton's and was lucky enough to be able to chat online with Dr Morton herself. She was so kind and no question was too much. We had the most helpful of chats and by the end I was feeling totally reassured that I could let this concern go. This was not until I had answered several questions and Dr Morton was completely satisfied that I was not needed to be seen. She even reached out to me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy and understood what she had told me. I have also used Dr Morton's service on another two occasions when once again I was helped so much.

Dr Morton's is such a unique and brilliant service and not only gave me the reassurance I needed but helped me to avoid booking an expensive private appointment. Dr Morton was keen to help me achieve this if it wasn't necessary. I am so grateful.

On another note, Dr Morton herself is simply wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She listens, understands and is someone you can completely trust. She was actually the consultant who was on duty when my fifth child entered the world as a stubborn footling breech baby. I still remember several midwives telling me that I had been delivered by the 'best of the best' and that I was incredibly lucky to have had her beside me that night - she had literally been leaving at the end of her shift when they called her in. I am so incredibly grateful to her as I dread to think what may have happened if she had not been there.

To now be able to have access to such a skilled, knowledgeable, kind and understanding doctor and team for such a tiny fee still amazes me. Forever grateful.

Dr Karen Morton operated on me in 2020, and told me nothing was wrong and to try ‘a diet’…she missed my stage 4 endo, my bowels were fused to my uterus.

I spent 10 years battling for a diagnosis, finally to be given a surgery, where Karen Morton sat me down and told me she didn’t believe surgery was the correct option for endometriosis (seems odd for a specialist)

I was under for 20/30 mins max, and told nothing was wrong. A mere year and a half later I had surgery with an actual specialist, where they had to infuse my organs, suspend my ovary. I was told I was very lucky to be walking out with my bowels still in tact, the damage done to my organs was so severe it’s now impacted my fertility journey.

I’m not the only person with this story from Dr Karen Morton. It sickens me that this clinic claims to help women, when all this surgeon did was leave me with fused organs and medical trauma. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This woman does NOT care about women’s health

Whilst I was travelling for work I came down with a really nasty bug which required medical attention. Dr Morton's was so helpful and within hours I had a prescription in my hands and was back on my feet within a few days. I could not recommend them enough!

I have used the helpline several times and couldn’t believe how reasonable it was for a fantastic service. I was able to speak to Dr Morton herself (who is absolutely wonderful) and got reassuring, accurate advice over the phone with her usual calm, kind and confident manner. Instead of turning to google to diagnose myself and lie awake panicking for nights on end, within ten minutes I was reassured and problem sorted, and she was able to even send me a prescription by post! An absolutely fabulous service, especially considering you get to talk to leading doctors and gynaecologists without having to wait weeks for an appointment or referral.

I don't know how I would've coped if Dr Mortons service had not been an option for me as someone to turn to for help. I am so thankful that I found it. I am now registered and feel happier knowing this service is there to help answer any questions or concerns I have about my health. As a woman this has been a valuable service. The website is easy to navigate, the cost is affordable and the service is unique. Highly recommend.

Dr Morton is the best Gynaecologist you’ll ever get to meet and this helpline has been a real passion of hers for years.
She had built up an amazing team of doctors around her and this helpline is an absolute godsend for many.
