Very helpful customer service, quick to update my requirements. I had 8 new tests offered to me before I booked one that suited.

Genie helped to get several new dates for my practical driving test which I just passed on Friday. The initial one was November,2024 but Genie did it for me and I did my test last week. Please endeavour to make use of Genie, whenever you want a new date for your practical driving test.

Excellent customer service ! I have used a couple of other services to find cancellations but they lacked customer service. I had to wait for a few days for response. But with driving genie, my mails are responded to within a few minutes ! Fantastic and highly recommended.

Having used Test Genie previously for my son to find a test cancellation, we found their service to be excellent, instructions easy to understand for a first time user and they found us a cancellation.
