They hardly have slots
They hardly have slots. Still had to wait 25 days for them to bring it forward by just 15 days. Not worth the money

We are sorry that you feel that our service is not worth the money.
We do not have any test slots at all. We do not buy or store test slots. Our system continuously monitors your test centres and and automatically books any tests that come available (when someone cancels their test) within your account parameters that you set.
We booked you an earlier test in May 2026. In the SMS that notified you of the new earlier test, it asked you to reply “Yes” to continue monitoring for more earlier tests, but you did not reply so the monitoring stopped.
If you had replied “Yes” the system would have carried on monitoring for more earlier tests and would have booked more for you.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the results of using our service. This is the 4th time that you have used our service and we have booked you 8 earlier driving tests, but received no positive review previously for any of the tests that we booked, which saved you 50, 57, 92, 90, 96, 103, 47 and 84 days.
This time, you paid the re-test monitoring fee of £19.95 on 5th March 2026 and on 16th March we booked you an earlier test on 28/04/26.
You set your account to always give you 11 working days notice for any test booking, so today for example, the earliest that we can book a test for you is 29th April 2026 (which is after your current test booking). For us to book you earlier tests that 28/04/26, you would have needed to reduce the minimum notice for a test booking to something like 3 days.
I addition to the above, you have 14 unavailable dates in April that we cannot book tests on. These unavailable dates, combined with your minimum notice has unfortunately resulted in no earlier tests being booked than the one that we booked for you on 28/04/26 (which saved you 84 days of waiting).
We hope that this helps to understand what happened.

my account is not working
my account is not working, I tried multiple times to reset my pasword but no email is been sent, there's no way of contacting them so they can help with situation. something tells me the bussines is down but the website is still up and runnig. I did manage to set it up a few months ago, I did not reccive any notifications even tho my account settings were active to serch for cancelation, so no service was offer for the money paid but at least I had a active account comparing to now, its just a goast website.

On the website there is clearly a contact us link for the support desk at help@testcancellations.com
Your test was on 23rd March 2026. You asked us to find earlier tests from 23/03/26 to 30/04/26, which is impossible as the date range that you set for us to find earlier tests is after your driving test date.
If you contact us at the support desk we will be happy to assist (during normal office hours as it currently 9pm).

I filled in my preferences for when I’d like to do my driving test, what days I am available etc. I also used testi but everytime i tried to book a cancellation, it got taken before I had the chance to even log on. However with driving tests.co.uk they automatically booked my test for me based off my preferences . I didn’t have to do anything except pay and fill in my preferences. In fact, I wasn’t even on my phone when they automatically booked a test for me, I just got a text message saying I got a new test date

My date brought forward within 6days of signing up
I had a great experience using the platform to change my test date ….. A cancellation slot was found for me by bringing my test forward by 63 days within 6days of signing up .

Do you have an account with ourselves?
Our system allows you to:
1 - Add an earliest date for a test booking
2 - Add a latest date for a test booking
3 - Specify a minimum notice for a test booking, so you always have the required notice.
4 - Manual booking system where you can reply BOOK to every test offer and only accept the ones that suit you
5 - Automatic booking system where the system will automatically book a test in accordance with your account settings.
6 - Add unavailable dates to you account calendar so that the system will avoid those dates.
There is no scenario where you will be expected to drop everything. With our service we will only book a test in exactly the date range that you specify and with the pre-set notice period that you set.
We are puzzled by your review as this does not sound like our service at all.
