Superb service was offered tests straight away and got a test 6 weeks before my test date.

Very quick and useful service

This is the best app for rearranging a cancellation test. Previous app used gave you a date and directed you to the Gov site where it was a race to log on and book it. This app sends a text which you have 10 min to reply book and that’s it arranged. Simple. Customer service replied to emails immediately, always helpful. Nothing was ever an issue can’t fault them and would definitely recommend.

Totally waste of money and time.

Paid and waited a month and received NONE cancellation notification at all. Though got refund finally, wasted one month precious time. Don’t join!

I couldn’t recommend Driving Test Genie enough, honestly everyone is so helpful! I have been given so many opportunities to retake my test, I have been unsuccessful with passing, 4 failed attempts but honestly Driving Test Genie has been great! Defo 5 stars!

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend the Driving Test Genie App. Facing the daunting prospect of a nearly six-month wait for my son's driving test, I desperately needed a solution.

I knew of this site and app from Previous family members bieng successful with a cancellation date bieng offered. Its a quick easy to use service that takes all the hassle out of searching for new dates for that important driving test date. The more centers your willing to travel too the more dates of availability will show. There currently is a long backlog in practical test dates and this service is a low cost service that let's you get on with your life while their systems search. Their customer service responds quite quickly within the hour to emails or questions and they can answer all queries relating to their service. You accept a new date/cancellation by replying to their text with 1 word this shows their system that the date found you are happy with..they still search after regardless and offer new cancellations if they're closer in distance and time/date to your Previous test date.. easy to use and stress free.. 👍

I downloaded this app after attempting to book a repeat test and the first one available was 4 months away! I received an earlier date within a few days of using this service so would definitely recommend as it takes the pressure of constantly logging in and checking yourself away!

Test Genie is great!

I have received regular texts with new test dates. I was able to add up to 5 test centres. Test genie respond quickly to email. Highly recommend and worth the fee to find a sooner test date.

Second time I've used this company and I'm still impressed by their service. Super quick responses to emails, efficient and clear communication, and they regularly send cancellation times through - even in scarce test times like these. Highly recommended.

Test Genie found a test 3 weeks after signing up after having been unsuccessful for 3 months! So grateful for their service.

Warning: Avoid This Company!

I strongly advise against using this company. They have held my funds since August 5th for a test rebooking closer to home, consistently assuring me that new dates would be available. As my test date approached and it became clear that no alternatives would be offered, I requested to close my account, delete my information, and refund my payment due to the lack of service.

Instead of assisting me, they directed me to contact Apple, who was unable to issue a refund because the transaction date fell outside their policy timeframe. It’s frustrating that they seem to be aware of this loophole.

The staff are unhelpful and often respond with dismissive, overly brief answers. Their response time can take up to 48 hours, which only adds to the frustration. If anyone else encounters issues with this company, I recommend documenting everything and seeking legal advice. Better yet, save yourself the trouble—just don’t use their services. They ARE a scam!

Excellent App, managed to change driving text from January 2025 to October 24. Well worth paying and it only took a few days from signing up. Highly recommend.
