From start of the finance to the delivery inside 3 weeks service was extremely good , efficient, and the delivery driver professional, courteous and helpful. Whole process was simple and straightforward.

Peugeot e partner
I recently received purchase of my e partner from drive electric, as with all car manufacturers I had to wait 10 months for my van.I received a email update each month regarding delivery date if it changed from drive electric and if you gave them a call they were very helpful. Regarding the van, it's my second electric van and before I had a nissan nv200.l find the peugeot has a better battery pack(doesn't eat your miles like the nv200)more space ie 3 seats middle one is a folding and feels a bit more stronger built,the only thing which a bit annoying is when you got it on charge you can't open the side door properly as it's side charging and the nissan is on the front apart from that a nice van.

They are a very nice company to deal…
They are a very nice company to deal with and their sales people seem genuinely interested in the transition to EV. We are a renewable technology installation company so have a similar level of interest in electrification. Its rare to find another company with similar levels of interest. We will use them again and have nothing but good things to say about them. One small issue I have is not with them but with the Peugeot e-expert van we chose. Only the lower spec version was available and we did not notice in the specification that the van has absolutely no reversing sensors. We didn't expect cameras or anything fancy on the low spec van but a panel van with no reverse parking sensors these days is crazy. Again, this isn't Drive Electrics fault in any way but the Vauxhall version that we also have (also lower spec) does have reversing sensors.

Great experience with DriveElectric
Great experience with DriveElectric. I needed a new car quite quickly and even over the christmas period they were able to sort exactly what I wanted with very little fuss and weren't too pushy on the extras that come with renting a vehicle, which I knew I didn't want.

Mostly very good
Very helpful team in arranging the lease and setting everything up. Quick delivery. One star removed because the car was filthy when it arrived (driven from Liverpool to Plymouth, but past a car wash at the end of the road). The car spec is not quite as expected, with no rear view camera, but the car itself is excellent and a pleasure to drive. Thank you.

Good Customer Service
I had very helpful advice and lots of good customer service from Drive Electric. After going through the options I had a look at other companies and concluded that Drive Electric were the best option as everything could be done in one and end prices clear. I got them to change my requirements a few times and they did talk me through quite a few details that I hadn't considered in my ignorance. They were patient and informative. The end package is good value and follow up has been better than expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Drive Electric - Supporting my Business
When the availability of the electric van I had ordered for my business was delayed (which was expected), Drive Electric went out of their way to arrange a short term lease with an alternative electric van they had sourced pending the delivery of my original order. When my new van was ready, collection and then delivery was completed on the same day, avoiding any requirement for multiple insurance policies. I also lease my personal EV through Drive Electric and would highly recommend them.

Good price, good customer service but delay on vehicle delivery with no offer / help on a means of temporary travel after other lease van went back.

Not as good as our first experience
Not as good as our first experience. Large price hikes that were not properly explained.
Main gripe was the delay in delivery. Date moved from mid Nov to mid Dec then end Dec. Then no communication until an email told us it would be delivered end Jan. Our busiest period in the year is the 3 weeks before Christmas so delay caused us a real problem

a little disappointed the car arrived with 12% battery and filthy as it had been driven from Birmingham to Portsmouth.

After 8 months our van finally showed…
After 8 months our van finally showed up. The delivery guy was great. The people throughout have been helpful and informative. One star off because the van was not ply panelled to spec.
So I am now three weeks since delivery - and still no ply lining to my van. One “no show” appointment to put it right and now DriveElectric has just stopped calling me and keeping me informed. Hero to zero in a few weeks.
One month after delivery the 3rd party responsible for fitting the vehicle showed up and the job is done. Drive Electric have been approachable and professional throughout. Such a shame a subcontracted dealer let us down.
