From my first enquiry to the delivery of my car, the communication from DriveElectric was fantastic. Although there were many issues with my order, at no fault of DriveElectric, they kept me updated constantly and were always very apologetic.

Returning to Drive Electric for further leasing
We’ve used Drive electric for our cars for the past three years and came back to them again this year for new electric leases. They offered a competitive price and organised our new vehicles in great time. Will continue to use them again!

Pulled out the stops we had been let down
We thought it was wise to go direct with our previous lease company but it proved not to be the case as communication was poor and then they wanted to raise the cost. We went back to Drive Electric who managed to match the original prices and completed the deal with good communication and no hassle.

Fantastic service throughout,even reduced the lease when the manufacturer reduced there prices after the order was in the system. You just don't get that from many.

We have been impressed with…Erika Burton!
We have been impressed with DriveElectric since we first leased two company cars through them, they have always been easy to deal with and very proactive.
Our positive experience has been compounded more recently where there has been an issue with one of our vehicles. Erika Burton in the Customer Service team has gone to extraordinary lengths to keep us informed of and drive forward an extremely convoluted process.
She has been the only person in the whole ordeal who has ever returned a call, followed up when she has said she would, and gone well above the call of duty get things done. Every factor has been outside of the control of Erika and DriveElectric but she has kept us sane in a very frustrating situation.
We would highly recommend!

Our company ordered two electric cars…
Our company ordered two electric cars March 2022 one through drive electric one directly through Hyundai leasing .The VW ID3 came as promised September last year the Hyundai put us back from September to December then February at which point they said it would be June and also at which point we told them to shove it !
Contacted Drive Electric who had stock of Kia Nero EV which I believe is the same platform to the Kona and delivery took place last week roughly a month after ordering good email communication all way through as with the VW.
