Prompt dispatch and delivery

We enjoy drinking a decent glass of wine but are aware we should cut down a bit. So we bought these glasses which are just right for helping us to do this. The shape is pleasing to look at and to hold, and we use them for both red and white.
Service was prompt and the glasses are good quality and good value. Cannot ask for more (including another glass of wine!).

Great service, you can actually speak to someone for help and advice. Very well packed so no breakages.

I only ordered 2 products from them which should have had a slight variation in the wood. However the variation was more than slight, they sent 2 completely different wood types for the same item. Delivery time was good

After placing the review, I was contacted by Drinkstuff to hopefully rectify the issue.

Good company, good delivery time. Nice glasses. The Tikiti glasses I love and the Malbec glasses. But the jellyfish glasses I was a little disappointed with the quality, because it was on sale from £60 to £20; I thought wow, great! A bargain! Don't expect the best quality, they are nice, but definitely wasn't worth their original price.

Order delivered on time ..packaged with care. Product of good quality. Love the look and feel of these stainless steel tankard/cups.

Great experience overall.
The company has been excellent. I had a small issue with the initial delivery through Evri, but they quickly resolved it by sending the order out via DPD, and everything was sorted very swiftly.

The products are great quality and very reasonably priced. Customer care was also really supportive and helpful with all my questions, making sure my delivery arrived safely.

First time ordering from this company. Ordered a set of 6 highball glasses. Unfortunately 2 were damaged on arrival. Called Drinkstuff and explained the situation. They sent 2 replacements the very next day. Don’t often write reviews, but these guys were absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Excellent service fast delivery

Found the serving dishes that I was looking for at a good price but the shipping using Evri was poor as the shipment was continually delayed in transit.

Competitively priced products (in stock!) with speedy delivery. Item received within a few days of order. Good communication throughout order/despatch process. The item (drinks fridge) is a Christmas gift so remains unopened at this time: therefore we are unable to comment on its function to date. That said, item was received in a well packaged box - and appears to be in excellent order.

Ordered what I thought couldn't be possible but products (cocktail shaker x2) due to low price, arrived on time and made a great gift to complement my cocktails.
