Wine glasses were a reasonable price
Wine glasses were a reasonable price, very well packed and promptly dispatched. The only disadvantage is that it was delivered by Evri!

Used to be a long time customer with…
Used to be a long time customer with them , but customer service is lacking and now they shorted me a vital bit of my operations and only solution is to cancel and refund my order or wait several days for stock .(keep in mind I paid extra for next day delivery )
At this point I probably won’t be using them again

Awful
Awful, first parcel lost, second arrived late so tried to start a return but refused as they said I also had the lost parcel! Useless I wouldn’t recommend this shop!!
After the reply I am compelled to add this,
There was only one item delivered not two as they state. I have a video doorbell which records and only one box was delivered and left. They refuse to help and refuse to collect for a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They had originally advised us that your first parcel was lost, but then did deliver both the original goods and replacement order on the same day to you, as shown within the delivery image we provided to you.
We offered to either collect both the orders as you requested a refund, or to keep the extra parcel as a gesture of goodwill.
With the clear evidence showing both parcels delivered to your porch, we were not able to advise further.

Buy from their ebay rather then the site
Better to buy from them on ebay rather than direct from their site. Direct charged me £14.99 shipping while ebay only charged £4.99 for the same thing to the same place. Ebay was delivered within 3 days while direct to a week to arrive.

I am sorry to hear if this was the case; delivery to the Scottish Highlands does usually take slightly longer than our UK Mainland service and the third party couriers we use, do charge a slightly higher rate.
I unfortunately cannot locate the order you placed with eBay to investigate how/why this has happened.

I was looking for a particular syrup and they had it! Only downside is packaging is quite expensive and they used Evri which did mean my order ended up with a broken bottle. I wanted to report it but genuinely know it’s not the websites fault. Thanks anyway guys!
