What a brilliant company and I’m so glad that I put my trust in them.

There are a lot of companies out there who only want to take your money. This company and their staff clearly want return business and recommendations which is refreshing.

We bought a Mars spar which for us is simply brilliant. The product is well made and looks great with good features. The staff were great in the store and when they installed it they were brilliant.

I had an issue and they came out very quickly. The staff were amazing and I can not thank them enough. They checked my electrics and the fault was due to poor electrical work from an electrician that I used. They were fantastic and advised me properly what was needed. They didn’t need to as this was not their responsibility.

What a great company and brilliant staff.

George has been an extremely professional sales person, we started considering our purchase at the beginning of the year and spoke to George several times, there was no hard sell or pushy sales tactics.
Each time we visited he answered our questions and was very welcoming

My Wife and I went to buy a hot tub from Dreamspas Swansea. I knew Dave from a colleague of mine buying a hot tub prior to me. On the day we went in both Dave and his wife Michelle were there. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. I have to say, now we have our hot tub delivered and installed, I'm so glad we listened to them and their recommendations. Thank you

Ordered a hot tub with Dave at the Swansea showroom. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dave answered all our questions without hesitation. We knew what we were looking for, but Dave showed us all the other models to compare. We are 100% happy with our decision to buy a hot tub fom Dreamspas, and look forward to taking delivery in due course.

Would highly recommend. Initial purchase very smooth. We had a few issues with delivery due to access and weather but this was efficiently sorted out and delighted with the end result.

Ordered a hot tub from the Newbury showroom. George has been amazing ! My first time having a hot tub and he has helped me all through the process. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Electricians were great with the outside point and the installation guys fabulous. Couldn’t praise them all enough tbh!

Great personal experience from Sales to install to service Dream Spas have been great. Efficient, Honest, and quick to respond to any queries I had. The finance application was very easy and I have found Jeff in sales to be brilliant. Just been told that they should also be my first port of call for any queries I have for cleaning, maintenance, whatever.

Really helpful team who were accommodating through installation hiccups. Charlie especially helped in my confidence in maintaining the tub thereafter

George at Dreamspas Newbury was excellent. He helped us throughout the process and couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable too.

Recently had the first annual service and all went as planned; good communication leading up to and during the day. The guys undertaking the service were polite and explained what was happening and the Hot Tub was left clean and tidy.

Avoid Cardiff Dreamspas for hot tubs
After so many problems with the delivery of the hot tub in 2020 we now have a leak and issue with pump 1 lack of power and jets not spinning
We have to pay £85 for them to come and have a look

Bought a hot tub from dream spas just over 2 years ago. Already something is wrong with it. But still under warranty bu have been charged a non refundable £85 for some one to come out and look at it. I'm absolutely disgusted that I have been charged this when it's still under warranty.

Excellent service by George in the showroom . He answered every question we asked. Installation was quick and no issues the guys were able to explain how to use the hot tub.

Great service from the sales team in the Cardiff show room , but after sales team are a disgrace if there are any problems with your hot tub they are not interested. I advise you not to take the after service out as we were talked into it on installation day. We were told the guys would be at our home all day emptying the tub and refilling it, cleaning it and checking everything when he was only at our home for 1.5 hours, we could have done a better job ourselves, the tub was only filled to the top of the foot well, when he asked me if I would turn the hose pipe off because he had another job to go to in Cardiff, I asked him when I should turn it off and he said when it’s an inch under the head rest we were told when we took the after service out that they stay at your property till the tub is re filled and they put the chemicals back in and make sure it is up and running, the guy left our property to go to his next job in Cardiff so when my husband came home from work he checked the tub and wasn’t happy with the service we received, he phoned them to be greeted with a not very helpful man who then went on to tell my husband that I told the guy that I would turn the hose pipe off( which I didn’t not he asked me to turn it off as he was going to another job) and he couldn’t chemical the tub because I didn’t know where the chemicals were, I did know where the chemicals are kept but he didn’t ask me for them because he had left before the tub was full, and on previous occasions when the same guy had called to my house for other tub problems a few weeks earlier he asked me for our chemicals so he could take a photo of them, so to lie about your customers to save the after service team is not on. We are still waiting on this matter to be resolved. I have given this a 1 star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave it blank

We had excellent service from buying to installing with Dreamspas Cardiff. When we visited the showroom, Dave was informative but not pushy and made great suggestions on what would be best for us. He was also patient with all of my questions! Dave/the warehouse were even able to squeeze delivery of our hot tub onto a day that worked for us as I really wanted it for half term.

The manager of the Cardiff showroom has been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and is still happy to answer questions despite having the hot tub fitted a few weeks ago.

The manager in Swansea also helped us when I realised our gate was too small to fit the hot tub through and made suggestions on how we could make it work.

When our hot tub was delivered Phil rang me the morning of and an hour before to check that everything was still okay for delivery. Phil and Dale were really helpful, suggested the best position for our hot tub and put it together with ease. Even went above and beyond when they realised our electrics (installed for our old hot tub) were dangerous and did their best to sort the issue out for us.

All in all we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish we were made to feel like a priority and everyone went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend buying your hot tub from Dreamspas
