Absolutely fantastic customer care and lovely staff. Charlie arranged everything for us (communicating even after hours) and they arrived to deliver and then install our hot tub without any dramas and were punctual. Lovely staff who were so informative - Dale was amazing at explaining everything and Sharia was polite and helpful. We are thrilled with the result and love our hot tub! They made the whole process of buying and installing it fun, simple and without any complications. If you want to buy a hot tub then you must buy it from here!!!

Can I adjust this review. I’ve had the worse experience ever. Shockingly bad and not resolved.

Myself and partner visiting Dream spas in Swansea and was welcomed by a knowledgeable guy called David Hopkin’s - in fairness he knew all about the spas and had lots of experience. We purchased a Manhattan spa and await delivery. Really excited as these products are more advanced than years ago.

My partner and I have been contemplating buying a hot tub for a couple of years now so we went to have a look at the swansea store. We visited a few times and there was no pressure to purchase at all! All of our questions were answered with lots of information given. We purchased a hot tub and awaiting delivery soon :)

Thank you for making the whole process when purchasing, stress free. Very good customer service, very knowledgeable and I have recommended to everyone who has asked about our purchase so far.

The whole experience was dealt with politely and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble for dale and Tom. Big thanks to Mel in the cardiff store she provided an excellent service.

We bought the hot tub from the Newbury branch. There was no pressure selling and the hot tub installation itself was smooth and is working perfectly.

We had an initial issue with the WiFi controller but that was swiftly resolved. The chemical + service contract is reasonably priced when compared to the competition and we are pleased with the quality from Wellis.

We are interested in adding the air source heat pump; the only feedback is that there seems to be a mis match between online offers and what was quoted on the phone and still awaiting clarity on what is correct - responses from the team could be better on post sales enquiries.

Ordered my hottub through dreamspas in Newbury, very good helpful service from George. Was guided through the whole process and could not be happier. The two guys who delivered and set up the hottub were very helpful and clear instructions given on how to operate and use.

Definitely recommend this company. We put a deposit on a hot tub in 2022 when we had just started our new build. Due to complications the build took longer than anticipated and the contract we entered into with Dream Spa dictated that the final balance had to be paid within a year, after which the hot tub would be delivered and installed. Due to the build taking so long we broke our end of the contract meaning we could not take delivery of the hot tub and us not wanting to pay the final balance as the company wouldn’t hold the hot tub, once paid for, in storage. We thought we would lose the deposit BUT NO.. Dream spa were amazing. They told us to contact them once we could take delivery. Two years later , we contacted them. They honoured the price and we didn’t lose our deposit. They were so helpful and really worked with us. We bought the palomo hot tub. It was delivered and installed yesterday by a wonderful team. We have had the very best service from Dream spa and the product is amazing. I was in it 7am this morning! Thank you Dream spa for your understanding and not taking our deposit and telling us where to go. I know other companies would have done that.

From the initial visit to the Cardiff showroom to actually getting the hot tub installed was an absolute pleasure with these guys.

We dealt with “Snow” at Cardiff. He will go out of his way to please his customers. He even kept the showroom open late and didn’t rush us at all! He was very patient with us as we really didn’t know what layout tub to go for.

There’s a hell of a lot of choice to view / try at the Cardiff showroom so be sure to take your time and really think about the ideal layout you’re wanting.
Snow was always on hand to answer the multiple questions we had and came up with many excellent suggestions, which in-turn helped us make our final choice…

The installation team (Dale & Tom) were excellent, they arrived on time, installed and setup the hot tub in the desired location, filled it and even balanced the chemicals before giving us a demo. Again, nothing was to much trouble for these guys. Dale really knew his stuff and gave us many valuable tips on how to use and maintain the tub!!

Overall I would recommend DreamSpas if you’re in the market for a HotTub.

From the moment we entered the showroom Rahman listened to our requirements in a polite and respectful manner.
He gave us the benefit of his knowledge of the range of hot tubs without trying to persuade us in any way, and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.
We feel really happy with our purchase and would gladly recommend this company to our friends.

David was very knowledgeable,went through different models according to budget and energy ratings-totally informative experience

The installation team were great. Arrived as expected and very efficiently set to work. They were very knowledgeable and talked us through how to use the tub and the essential maintenance.

Excellent service at Dreamspas Bristol. Jeff was very knowledgeable and told us all there was to know. The install guys were also great and so helpful. We are very happy with our tub!
